Is the benefit of doing it this way over adjust the physical sensors having more control? So would probably be best to adjust sensors as close as possible and then do these adjustments.
By the way your videos are by far the best uccnc videos around, I hope you keep posting as I am learning a lot from you.

Just realised it’s hard to do without sensor as you can’t move slave with motors engaged and it shifts ever so slightly without them engaged. However it’s still a great way to measure how square the frame is and get it good enough for most people. I will be installing second y homing sensor in the coming weeks so will revisit then.

hi Daniel, so if i get this video. The slave y axis can have a separate limit switch compared to the master? Or is your setup different than i guess.

Correct there is a home switch on Y seperate to the home switch on B the slave axis , they are homed independently but simultaneously.

That’s great! I’m going to test that with the coming rebuild. When giving the slave has different homing switch input, the master doesn’t override it?

@@tomahawkcnc5583 is it just a matter of setting the home switch or do I need to add it to the sequence?
Also did you start with with the back off the same for both?

No I cannot recommend as it has suffered many electrical board failures and had to be returned for repair - a two month process.I use a ittp touchprobe from Hallmark now .www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DYnPQ81YXvKY&ved=2ahUKEwi6zpfO_6f1AhUQzjgGHcj0BnkQwqsBegQIAxAB&usg=AOvVaw3BnlH43JeVWoiZAA610GU_

It is a vers probe but I cannot recommend it as it has suffered numerous electrical failures and had to be returned for repair.
