I’ve noticed by this test that fluency seems most challenging to me, although vocabulary is related to it as well. It’s like having a car in a garage not been used for a long time and is hard to get started. The good news is my pronunciation is not as bad as I thought. I think I need more practice.

The first you need to do: find a goal why you need learn English.
When I didn’t have goal my progress was too slow. But when I get goal (immigration) I learn English as fast as possible, and now I can speak 😊

Hello I appreciate you, the aspect I Am suffering the most is that whenever I want to start speaking in English I realize that I can't find real words or I have always self douth and I always feel that I can't fully express myself it has been a while that l have been studying English but still it sucks that I can't express my self to that content that I want, to be honest, I am a little bit exaggerating whenever I talk it must be the best otherwise I won't speak I think that is the major point which holds me back I am really hoping you reply me what should I do please answer me
It's just a mental game, to be honest. You need to practice speaking simply and normally on your own before you communicate with others. Try to have normal discussions with yourself, and I think it will help tremendously
