Tough climb in summer...especially if a thunderstorm comes up. Very dangerous lightning...
Love that peak. Been up there 6 times. 13,626 feet above sea level.
What are thos sticks called? Can a novice climb that?
Trekking poles. Yes a novice can climb that. There is a nice trail from the forest leading up to the ridge itself. It was mostly covered in snow for us because of early season, that may be trickier as far a way finding.
