I made this tonight and it's really good. I just used a bag coleslaw cabbage that had carrots in it and mixed it with the seasoned baked chickpeas. The ingredients for the salad are your choice, but THE DRESSING IS EVERYTHING! This dressing can be added to any salad. That's how good it is. So make plenty of it.
My husband is going to love this! Dill pickles are one of his favorite foods.

I love this salad & usually buy it from Costco, definitely going to try making yours instead. I sometimes add cucumber and some diced chicken & put it into a wrap as a lunch on the go. Super pumped to try out the chickpeas. 🙂
I too buy this salad at Costco it is absolutely delicious. Lately the salad mix here in Canada more than doubled in price to $7.99 which is to me outrageous. Now I can enjoy it without worrying about the price. Thank you.

Try looking for a vegan sour cream. I don't know if they have it or not. Or even a recipe for it.

How long do you cook them&what temperature?
@@wandamarshall1037 I gave it a go at 390° for about 12-15 minutes. One daughter liked less time one liked the full time. They were tasty. Good luck. My air fryer is a cosori dual don’t know if that’ll make a difference.

Hi Marisa! I'm excited for you to try it! You can definitely use a non dairy yogurt. If you are worried about it getting watery I suggest adding the dressing right before you eat it!
