    King Benni putting down them 460kgs like the weights were made of glass is crazy! The grip of that man is just ridiculous! And 400x4 RAW is just 2 reps shy of the WR done with straps and a suit, and it even looked like Benni had more in the tank! I have nothing against sumo DL but conventional will imo always look more impressive then a sumo lift. Too bad he injured himself in his last prepp when he was aming for +500kg.

    Where does Ed Coan rank, especially for his bodyweight?

      Ed pulled 408 kg, if I am not mistaken, at under 100 kg bodyweight. He was wearing a single ply suit. You may actually consider it raw, because single ply deadlift suits doesn't really help.
      The raw deadlift world record at 100 kg weight class is 433 kg.

    A lot of people don't realize that Andy Bolton had the raw deadlift record for a while. Open Powerlifitng puts his 964 as #4, still

      Bennis 460kg and 400x4 was RAW and conventional deadlifts too. 460 is still the WR too.

      @@emacliftsalot Andy Bolton was an equipped lifter primarily and some of his most impressive feats were done with a suit. He was also one of the best raw deadlifters ever. Therefore, he deserves to be in this video. End of the story.

      The point is to show the guys with the best raw deaift pr, doesnt mean all videos are about raw lifts. And the belt is raw, it's just a safety equipment, it's not like straps or a suit

      That wasn't a suit. Stop spamming. That's a singlet. It doesn't add a gram to deadlift. It's not a single ply. And singlet is a must wear.

      Dont listen to osaro , for hamstring do lying hamstring curls lying on your stomach , tie some weight around your ankle and do few hunderds of reps every day , for elbow pain the other guy needs to do tricep push down with bands like 300 hundred of reps every day and pain will go away

      Strengthen injured area with low weight in pain free range of motion
      Possibly look at the route of the cause to stop it happening again

      @@Hamisrodriguez trust me resting works wonders don't say I never said then after one month you can restart your routine again but now with better and smart programming that takes into account exertion, recovery and progressive overload....
