My highest score is 100,000 pretty decent to reach that far but my main goal is to reach 1 million points hopefully someday I can do this in an arcades hopefully when pandemic can be at ease and bars and arcades be open again with precautions
Not sure if you being funny, but Arcade 1Up does have Galaga. I have it on my Pac Man cab and, damn, its fun to have it at home!!! Cheers!

@@faceduro6719 Yeah, Pac Man cab comes with both Galaxian and Galaga and the Class of 1981 Ms. PacMan/Galaga cab also has Galaxian
It was my game, I did very high scores among all kids around me, I was 16 and now I am 50.

Who remembers that trick to make the ships stop dropping bombs?
Didn't you have to let one of the stages run it's course without killing any of the enemy?
@@samautio6065 You would leave 2 of those large ships at the top to come down and drop their bombs without shooting them. You'd allow that to happen over and over until they stopped dropping bombs. It would take about 10 minutes

I have been playing Galaga since I was 6 (currently 38 upon posting this comment). We have an retro arcade that opened up last year that has Galaga. Now I can go to Dave and Buster's and play the tall screen version.

Before its release, Galaga was not well received within Namco because it was similar to Galaxian.

They pronounce it Gal-aga here
