Know if this helps, but once I eat way more carbs, which I already ate plenty, and also told my mom about it I got it in like a week… I mostly think that it worked bc I got it out of my chest so I felts more light and happy, which probably helped with my stress hormones and I got it back!!, ❤️❤️❤️
yEss!!! Enough fats and decreasing exercise. Used to exercise 5 times a week and now I just listen to my body 3-4 days. Which has helped as 5 days is a lot. Never had time for friends and family now I do!
Getting your period back is not a matter of how many calories you eat, it's about maintaining a healthy body fat percentage for a period of time (this can be 3 months for someone and 12 months for someone else, it's highly individual).
I'm no one to tell you what you should or shouldn't do since ofc I don't know exactly what you're going through, but not having your period isn't just awful it's extremely dangerous, especially if it's been that long. You should pay more attention to that and act upon it. I'm no professional, but I'm sure that, based on my own experience, it's probably due to the stress your body has been handling throughout the years as a consequence of restricting and exercising. I just recommend you consider that if it isn't something medical that's causing it. This is worrying.
I think it’s because she still counts calories, doesn’t eat out or any calorie dense foods. For me, to get my period back, that’s what I had to do. After 2 months of eating calorie dense foods I got it back but sadly it freaked me out and started eating “clean” food and lost it again. It’s so scary and I understand why she doesn’t I do but I hope she does get her period. I’m not a pro or a doctor and that’s what worked for me and I wish her the best tho
Oh plus she works out a lot for her body to rest. Working out isn’t had but while I wanted to get my period I’d barely workout and the only movements I got was walking. Heavy workouts like gym really effects it
I can tell from what she eats, it lacks fat and other nutrients like some kind of meat (apart from chicken breast). She just eats the same thing in every video like it's her “safe food”. Comparing what she eats and her workout it's a little bit unbalanced. I hope to see her eat “normal” food, anything that she doesn't cook herself or try to confront her fear food. Nope! I eat plenty of fats in different ways! Also love tuna steaks, eggs, and turkey! Not really a fan of red meat but that’s just what I prefer… I don’t have “safe foods” or any word related to an ED, I stay away from labeling myself as “sick” so… I eat what I like to eat, what I’ve been eating my whole life since I was a kid AND what makes me feel my best 😗🤌🏼
I just wanted to say that to gain your period your body will need to reach a certain level of body fat that suits you and your genetics. Anyways I really love your positivity ✨💛. You are very inspirational! We need more people like you in the 🌎

Not having a period will lead to very severe and irreversible diseases such as osteoporosis and at the same time, You will no longer be able to train or even walk, and it is very common in women with anorexia, even when they have already reached a normal weight. You are sabotaging yourself. Eat what you need, enough, eat fat and protein, nothing is going to happen, and stop training for a few months, let your body feel safe. Your value is not defined by what you see in the mirror and I assure you, that in the future, you will see the consequences of all this.

I'm pretty sure that you'll regain period, when you stop working out completely and gain more weight. Eating more fats is crucial. Hope it helps :)
