Larry David looks back at his career
#LarryDavid #CurbYourEnthusiasm #HBO
L.D. is someone who can always make me laugh!! RIP Lewis-another great one!! Such chemistry, those two!
Larry David deserves the Mark Twain award. Period. Let's start the campaign !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Larry is the GOAT of sitcom comedy. Period.
R.I.P Lewis
CURB is another genius show……written and executed by a group of geniuses. Thank You Larry David and friends.
It WAS great . It's sad to watch what it has become
I absolutely love Curb. If im ever feeling down or a little low, I'll stick a random episode on. Nine times out of Ten it will lift my mood.
If you're talking about the early episodes---I agree
Amazing to see Richard Lewis here and today he is gone. RIP Richard.
When “Curb” first aired I was hooked - but nobody I knew had HBO or knew who Larry was. I felt like I had a friend in Larry.
Like Mitch Hedberg said: "You can't please all the people all the time; and last night, they were all at my show"........
If laughter is the secret to a long life Larry will live forever!
Nothing better than smart funny people!
I love how Susie said, “We know better…” 😂
When I saw Shelley Berman on the first Curbs, I nearly fell of my chair! In 1958, when I was five years old, my parents and I were visiting my uncle (Dad’s next younger brother) and he put on this new album by this comedian, Shelley Berman. I listened to it about 8-10 times for the next 25 years or so.
I filmed Shelley conversing with Robert Morse a few years back..I should upload. They talked about second city, Alan Arkin, How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying....Mort Sahl sat next to me and Carol Channing showed up.
One of the funniest and smartest guys in the planet. Love Larry and Curb. Legendary status
That was one of his best interviews. It's "fun" when he wants to be funny the whole time and joking around and play the character. Here was just being himself and being somewhat serious...it was refreshing and gives more information and perspective...
Larry yelling at Siri had me in Tears!
C'mon Larry, dont close the door🙏
This was a great season!
Willy, you got a gift to participate... and you did well!
Ahh maaan...i could watch hours of this!!!
Never want this show to end.
I love how Larry David looked like 60-70 years old thirty years ago. It's like he ages logarithmically.
what does logarithmically mean?
brilliant
That’s a math major guy
No one answered my question
@@PierceTravels The joke about the actor aging "logarithmically" is a humorous way to say that the actor has always appeared to be much older than their actual age and that this perceived age doesn't seem to increase at the same rate as their actual age. In mathematics, a logarithmic growth rate increases quickly at first but slows down over time. Applied to aging, it suggests that the actor looked significantly older early on, but as time passes, their appearance changes more slowly compared to their actual age. So, even though 30 years have passed, their appearance hasn't seemed to age as much as one would expect linearly, hence the joke.
I love him so much
I love Curb. One of our local pastors had a sign out that read, “Talking helps. Stop and chat.” The next time I saw him I rather enthusiastically approached him and said, are you a Curb fan? He didn’t have a clue what I was talking about.😅❤✌️
it's cut and chat not stop and chat
@@girlfromdabay93 Not so bright, are you? "Stop and chat" is from Curb episode.....
@@MistaGrim you’re obviously not the bright one because it is “chat and cut” from curb. Google it
Both of u are wrong. It's chat and cut. @@girlfromdabay93
@@MistaGrimboth are Curb references...... so she was 50% right, 50% unaware
I’m glad they highlighted the editor. Editors work such long hours and many never get credit
The editor of this interview made at least one boo-boo, namely, letting us know that Joe is wearing sneakers.
He should have said "look at him, he just turned 29 yesterday!".
NORMALLY ALL DAYS ARE FUNNY ANYWAYS, ALL OF ARE JUST MAKING BELIEVE
I love how Richard Lewis says that one thing about the show that is so great is that is brings back formerly famous actors and gives them their moment of greatness. I know he was talking about Shelley Berman, but they cut in that statement right after the scene with Jon Hamm!
Everyone is here on a mission to do something on earth.L.D. has come to make us laugh. And he does it quite well.Glad you didn't become a mailman, L.D. Not that there's anything wrong with being a mailman.
Out of all of the comedians we have these days, who are all some sort of evolution of the 'clown' profession, Larry David is the most direct descendent. He just willingly makes himself open to ridicule time and time again by playing a silly and despicable version of himself, and because he doesn't give a crap if you laugh at him, you are laughing both at him and with him at the same time. Genius.
The Shelley Berman "Mom's dead" is the funnlest 5 minutes ever recorded imo
I’m going to miss Larry! He makes me laugh.
I demand a standoff between Morning Joe and Mocha Joe
Mocha Joe is the ultimate snowflake and embodies entitlement. Like when Mocha Joe felt like he was entitled to a tip from Larry when taking the cables for him as a favor.
Omg 😂 Mocha Joe! That actor was a superb choice to play him.
“There was no dream. I was a hopeless case” 😂
This season's first episode I watched as I was getting ready for work on a Monday morning. I'm sure the neighbors heard me scream-laughing.
I love Larry’s laugh!😂
Heeeeeey! Look atyou guys go! 😊 I love it! ❤️ Larry David! ❤Morning Joe!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I'm too young to have watch any season of seinfield but ive always watch curb and loved it lol
It's on Netflix
@@KantosRival It's age restricted for people born after Y2K
Seinfeld is fantastic. The first season is not the best so maybe start around season 3.
This is GOLD!
🥰MiKA, JOE & team~ THiS was so much 🌟FUN!👌
wow a person who actually likes Joe?? thats so rare you have no idea
I need to go back and watch all the seasons since we thought the show was finished and then he brought it back.
Larry is such a gent also
Every episode of this show is nothing short of brilliant. Shelley Berman had me crying ! 😅
LARRY DAVID FOR PRESIDENT! 2024
Gosh I needed this interview today!
It was the best 😂😂😂😂😂😂 miss you all on peacock live!
Such a great season, so far. Well miss Curb so much! Great Video.❤❤❤
R.I.P. Richard Lewis... So good, such a career.
This was great best interview on his current press run by far
Love Larry!
Very funny. My brother loves the Curb your enthusiasm show
That interviewer looks exactly like where's waldo just without the hat
LOVE THIS! ❤❤
PRETTY PRETTY GOOD INTERVIEW
I enjoyed all the seasons. The season 2 episode where Larry messed with the wrestler and had to escort his agents mom to the hotel and had his triple a subscription cancelled because his wife cheryl took a stance then he had to have his tire changed and willing to pay a pedestrian to change his tire is one of my favorite episodes. Hilarious show all around. I liked the season 10 episode where he wore the MAGA hat to get accomodations and the people that annoyed him would avoid him was also my favorite. Thank you Larry David for 12 great seasons!!!
The days of SNL being actually funny are long gone. They lost that magic
A brilliant show
I love this show and everything about it so much. It’s genuine and relatable yet takes you for a seemingly mundane but wild ride. It’s offensive in the most charming and inviting way, if that even makes sense. It’s inclusive without trying to be inclusive. It’s the perfect culmination of contradictions. It just lets people be, however crazy, bizarre and lovable that may be. Long live Larry David ❤
Love this! and JB Smoove with the apple is a classic
The Trump mug shot at the end of ep 1 is epic!
Brilliance… pure brilliance. Larry David for President!
I love this show so much. Curb is my favorite show.
Love this guy!❤
JB Smoove is one of the greatest comedians of our time :D
that endcard came out of nowhere
George is gettin upset!
I absolutely love "Curb"..., Larry David is hilarious. I love his style of comedy; however, I hated "Seinfeld"..., maybe because I don't like Jerry Seinfeld, I dunno', but love "Curb"
Larry David is the G.O.A.T 💯
who doesn't love Larry?
RIP Richard Lewis
That artificial apple scene makes me laugh everytime I remember it... I actually started laughing in a work meeting thinking about that scene and looked like a crazy person.
That was good fun, the old guy going on about his deceased wife had me rolling.
and Larry's Mom
I forgot about that scene where Larry finds out about his mother dying. “Well, nobody lives forever…”
The last phrase he did is what sells curb to me hard....
11:45 JB Smoove is TOTALLY PLAYING A VERSION OF HIMSELF!! HE is exactly the same in real life & in his stand up
You know him in real life ?
Simply better than anything I’ve seen on Morning Joe. Go figure?
It's commendable that being seen by a more successful classmate made him say "I can do better" instead of "that other guy is a snob." A painful part of any success.
Those episode credits during a couple of the Curb clips are wrong.
The image of Larry being seen as a chauffeur is as funny as anythinng on the show 😂😂
“ stand up wasn’t gonna support me “ yeah right 😂😂
Ive been bendge watching Crub Your Enthusiasm clips the last couple of weeks
The artificial fruit part is hilarious. 😂
Joe……nicely done!
What's up with Joe's socks?? 😁 😉
🤣
Every photo of Larry from the 1970s and 1980s looks like it's lifted from a very dark Dateline NBC special.
living legend
Bevis and Larry are in the house.
I think I love you 🎼 🎶 🎵
Where's the unedited version of this interview? It's obviously much longer than 13 min.
Hilarious 😂
My son is in one of those clips!! Experience of a lifetime for him!
Awesome!
JB is a genius
Leon needs to take over the show now.
Good.
I have simply adored Ed throughout his whole. career & feel his loss & joy also. He deserves a beautiful life.❤❤
Ed who?
Love it
Cool
Pretaaaaaaaaaaaaay...pretty good.
So ....not costumes? He actually dresses that way
The mom funeral episode is incredible!
OMG…this totally threw me off. I actually thought I was clicking on a clip from the show….not a news story about it. And it took me a minute too before I realized lol
Funny guy
Always looks for the unusual.
I love susiz and JB smooth
The very early episodes of SEINFELD were pretty lame, BUT NOT FOR LONG!🤭✌️
