People that do not spay and do not neuter. Responsible people that spay and neuter don't have that problem. So once again thank you for your comment

You sure do. Just looks like you are poking at people imo. But let's look at this. The person down the road does not spay and neuter. Has a litter of pups......(and btw, I just tried helping a litter with this situation so this IS from experience)....this person is not allowed to bring the female and the litter of 8 inside.....in weather that is going to be below zero. Other people have to try to help this poor dog and babies with a home because the owner didn't spay and the other person didn't neuter. Now lets look at the other side of this. I raise each and every dog IN my warm home WITH my family. I talk to the families getting them.....I update with pictures, I talk to my families about their puppies. I help guide my families to help them with their puppies. Oh......lets go farther. I vaccinate, deworm, AND microchip these puppies so they can always get back to their families if something happens. So you tell me this......how many of the dogs out there getting rescued have had multiple homes???? I am 100% for rescuing. What I am not for is people that have blinders on. There are responsible owners and irresponsible owners. There are responsible breeders and there are irresponsible breeders. I'm so very sorry you can't see that. I forgot to mention. All of my retired dogs ARE neutered and spayed. Just incase you were curious.
