Well, fair to say that Moxxie sang a "Love song" in the "House of Lust", and Asmodeus asked him to "sing appropriate type of song" for the place they're in. Was it a sweet song? Yes. Was Ozzy a hypocrite, given his relationship with Fizz? Totally. Was he in the wrong as an owner of the place? Not really. He has a killer voice tho, one of my fave songs in Helluva boss. By the by, Ozzy's voice is James Monroe Igleheart - the voice of Broadway's Genie, from Aladin. He also voiced Tex from episode 3.

Also when Blitz is searching his binoculars for Millie and Moxie, most people pay attention to the second table where the guy is getting an under the table treat. The real interest is the first table. Thats Stolas little imp Butler that his wife threw! and some of the people around him are Verosica's crew! Also a reminder, Ozzie is voices by Broadways Genie. A fun note Stolas father in season 2 is the voice of JAFAR.
the saddest part about all this is that Blitz thinks he isn't good enough. during he's hallucination in the previous episode, he thinks Stolas is only in love with him due to he's status of an Imp, a lower being and thus seen as just a plaything as well as Stolas's attitude towards him being faked. Blitz has had such terrible relationships he can barely be romantic in another due to the idea that he will be betrayed again like past ones. doesn't help he is laughed at literally by he's past partners and seen as a clown he once was. i hope season 2 picks our boy up cause he deserves it.
It's been said countless times, "You can't actually love others until you can love yourself." And neither Stolas nor Blitz has really gotten over their own emotional wounds.

Doesn't mean you can't build yourself into a better person, just that you're working with a faulty foundation.

Considering Asmodeus is one of the seven princes of hell, literally in the top tier of power in the underworld, he was rather forgiving in just kicking Moxxie and Millie out of his club. If he wanted to, he could have easily obliterated them from existence.

Still blows my mind at the irony that the broadway actor of Beetlejuice and the Broadway tony winning actor of Genie from Aladdin are running a lustful lounge in Hell. Especially given the fact that Bettlejuice's original backstory was that he was a DEMON and from my knowledge of Genies they are similar to demons as well, (correct me if I am wrong) only they grant wishes that come at a cost, just adds the genius of Vivzipop's casting.

James inglehart voices Ozzie I believe and damn he has pipes. Also as a couple people have said it is a vocal technique similar in application too the one singers like Geoff castelucci use too train their voices too go very deep and guttural while keeping a almost subtle smoothness too it.
I write Fanfic, and in my popular fic, I had to where Moxxie used to go be a famous rockstar. He was called "Rockin' Moxx." But Alex doing that voice is just simply amazing. He professionally trained his voice to get that gravel sound without damaging his vocals. As a theatre and a band, kid, it's genuinely very impressive!
That's kinda the thing though, S2 (I won't spoil because pretty sure RMG reads at least 3/4 of the comments) put some light into a LOT of Stolas and Blitz's past. I have a theory on what happened to Blitz, and I've had this theory since maybe Ep. 4-5, and as more and more HB content is officially released (well the cannon stuff anyway, like actual episodes or teasers), I've found myself being not far off at all, just missing some minor details. If you're interested, key here, SPOILER ALERT (for those that haven't seen S2, Ep.1, and don't want to hear it) I'll put it here below. So my theory is that Buckzo (Blitz's dad) took the treasure that Blitz stole from the Goetia family and left Blitz's family behind for a life of luxury and fame. Without the ringleader to the circus, the family business started to fall apart, where Blitz and Fizzarolli tried to keep it up and make ends meet, but it was just too much for the both of them. I believe Blitz and Fizzarolli tried to perform one last stunt together, to really win the crowd back, but Blitz screwed something up and in which resulted in Fizzarolli getting severely injured, leading to him being quadriplegic. Mammon and Asmodeus, seeing how much more talented Fizz is at being a clown and an entertainer offered him a deal, to get rid of Blitz and they will give him robotic limbs to cure his quadriplegia, brand him to fortune and fame, and become a "playmate" to Asmodeus. Fizzarolli, angry at Blitz, took the deal, Blitz was cast out from the circus, and Fizz was made into robots, from both pleasure and the one for Loo Loo Land, Fizz became filthy rich, and Blitz was forced to retire as a circus clown and give up all of his dreams and instead pursue his career as an assassin. His mom saw what had happened and went looking for Buckzo to bring the family back together and take back control of the circus but never returned, and in that time, his twin sister started abusing substances and went to rehab to clean up. I believe Blitz blames himself for everything that happened and blames himself for his family falling apart. He hates who he is, or who he thinks he is, and doesn't believe he is capable of making anybody happy, which is why he constantly lives vicariously through M&M, from the stalking to the weird obsessions, the strange behavior with having to involve himself in their personal lives. You can absolutely see this with the pictures hung up on his wall inside his home. This self-hatred is stemmed so deep in himself that he is afraid of being attached to others, even if he really cares about them, he feels afraid to do anything really personal with them because he's afraid he will ruin what they had.

Some choose to try and test the waters to see if they can get over it, and others, well they become paranoid and think that they're being used, so they use that thinking to justify being toxic back, even though their partner was likely never intending to hurt them. Even more apparent he may have this kind of problem since he's mentioned seeing a therapist (S1, Ep 1 "Murder Family), and you see a lot of his internal struggle and pain in Truth Seekers (S1, Ep 6), you got to look and listen closely, pay attention to the subtle cues. Stolas in his hallucination even asked if he was "Afraid to love people", and Blitz's biggest fear is being alone again. I mean it's possible he thought he wasn't good enough for a big name pop star, and surely she had to have been using him for some reason, so he justified to himself to use her back, maxing her cards and ditching her in the hotel and all that. He's likely thinking along the same lines with Stolas, but in all fairness, Stolas never really did want anything else with Blitz but vacations from his own reality, at least not that he's seen. All Blitz was shown from Stolas is "You're an escape from my forced marriage", and in turn, Blitz thinks it will never be more than a "means to an end" for the grimoire, even though it's quite evident he does care for Stolas in a relationship type of way (again, even more emphasized in the hallucinations).
..... I'd like to hear Nate sing... Doesn't have to be much, could be singing to his kitties or Asher. Can never improve or recover skill without trying. ^-^
