To directly answer, no, there was no bending of the bolt. I even removed and reinstalled two of the bolts when I installed a 4/7pin wiring kit which came with a mounting plate for the 4/7 pin wiring socket. There was no deformation of the bolt, frame or flange bolt.
Just installed mine. While applying torque, did the bolts start to bend the washer? Wondering if I'm applying too much torque even though it's set to 110.
If you have the bolt in the correct hole in the frame and correct sized washer, it shouldn’t distort the washer or frame. 110 ft-pounds at the end of a 24” torque wrench will require 55 pounds of pull.
