Koh Kradan (เกาะกระดาน) - During my trip to Trang, in Southern Thailand, we decided to take a break from all the street food tours, and escaped to Koh Kradan (เกาะกระดาน) for a couple of days. When I was researching, I came across Mali Resort, a newly opened resort, and what attracted me was that it looked like the villas were right on the beach, ultimate beach front. And it looked quiet and peaceful, and very family friendly. So I booked it for a couple nights. #Thailand #KohKradan #Island #beach
We arranged the boat ride through the hotel, and it cost 1,000 THB. The ride took about 40 minutes, and even though it was sunny, it was very windy making for rough conditions to get to the island. We got soaked, but it was all worth it when we arrived to the pristine shores of Koh Kradan (เกาะกระดาน), an amazing hidden gem, paradise island in Trang, Thailand.
Mali Resort in Koh Kradan (เกาะกระดาน) was everything we were hoping for, peaceful, relaxing, great value, stunningly beautiful, sand, beach, and watersports all included. Amazing beach hotel, I would highly recommend it. Price - 3,000 THB per night ($96.02)

The Andaman islands of Thailand are my favorite destination. I've been traveling there almost every year, except in 2020 because of stupid covid 😢
You may know my friend Claude from Switzerland, for 30 years she has been going to Andaman every year from november to february and stay at a boungalow right on the beach. My husband lived there when he was younger and married to a Thai girl. One of my dreams is to someday go visit that place. I wish you can go in 2021 ! xoxo

I visited Koh Kradan last December with my family, right before the pandemic started...the turquoise color of the sea still fills my mind! Thank you for bringing me back, even if just through a smartphone screen, to those happy and bright moments ☺️ Enjoy the island life also for us, stuck in grey and cold cities in these dark times!

Very pristine location the beach is totally awesome and the value of the hotel is very appreciated because of the location itself is totally luxurious and peaceful.
Nice! Was planning a stop there on our way to Koh Lipe 2 years ago. We stayed in Koh Lanta instead because it was easier to catch a ferry from there. Koh Lanta was beautiful but from the looks of it, I wish I stayed in Koh Kradan and just back-tracked to Koh Lanta to catch transport. The grass is always greener on the other island. Another awesome video, Mark!

Hey cool, I've also been to Koh Kradan several years ago. We were actually staying on nearby Koh Muk, but we took a boat trip for the day to Koh Kradan. I remember a beautiful and empty beach, gorgeous tropical island and getting soaked on the boat getting there :)

This is so beautiful. I'm literally enjoying my vacation through your video. We had our tickets booked for Koh Samui which got cancelled due to the covid situation. Hopefully travel between Singapore and Thailand will get relaxed soon.
