I've really enjoyed watching these videos from Romania. So much so that I just booked a cheap Ryanair seat to Sibiu in October. Sure, the buildings and architecture look wonderful, but so does the craft beer! Keep up the great work.
Sibiu is wonderful. Dont miss the Village Museum , is like a farytale . If you are able to rent a car there are a lot of places to see as a day trip . Public transport also offers options . Depending on how much time is available I would advise to stay în multiple towns .
This brings back so many memories. Spent a week in Cluj Napoca in 2018 and totally loved it. Did you also go to the Botanical Gardens? They were stunning. When we were there they also had a free Jazz in the Park festival in the central park and we got to see Nouvelle Vague.
Hi, Pauline. We did not make it to the Botanical Gardens but have heard nice things about them, we just ran out of time. welcome to Cluj Napoca ! I hope you will have a pleasant stay here in the capital of Transylvania. It is indeed a bigger city and except of the old town it lacks that cozy medieval town feel but on the other hand it has a lot more to offer in regards to social life, events, culture , museums, food & beer options. If you are staying longer it's worth taking a short trip into Apuseni mountains nearby, a hidden gem area of Europe. A large unspoiled wild areal of mountains , forrests, caves , wildlife and century old villages.
That sounds great, unfortunately, we didn't have much time. We will need to come back to Romania soon! Thank you for watching and for the suggestions. Cheers!!!🍻

Hi, Joan, We are doing great! We had some technical difficulties with our editing software last week. We are back up and running and will be back on schedule this week. Thank you for checking in!!
Love watching your videos, never thought of going to Romania but it’s now on my list. I’m curious how much time it takes to plan/film/edit your videos. You make it look easy but I’m sure it takes longer than you’d expect. Does it sometimes feel too much like a job? Do you ever go on day trips just for fun or do you always bring camera? Plus you never appear to get on each other’s nerves!
Hi Kari! Romania definitely surprised us - such a beautiful country. Great questions! The video process does take longer than we maybe originally thought it would. But we also knew nothing about editing, filming or how UA-cam works, so there was SO much to learn (and still is). From the start it's a ton of learning and research, something we continue daily still. Then comes the process of planning, filming and editing a video - this does take quite a bit time, more than we originally thought it would but we still enjoy it so it's worth it 😊. Fortunately Brian and I get along very well and the moments of getting on each other's nerves isn't very often - considering we not only work together and spend 24/7 together I think we do pretty darn good 😊. Thanks so much for watching! Cheers 🍻

We did and had a great time!! That video was supposed to come out yesterday but we had some technical difficulties. It will be ready this upcoming weekend. Cheers!!!🍻
Personally I've never understood why anyone would choose a craft beer over those that have been top quality for hundreds of years. I admit I'm in the minority, but I'm saddened that the wonderful traditional beers (which are better) are losing .market share. It's one of the western influences that I wish would go away.
I don't disagree with some of what you are saying, Raymond. Before we decided to quit our jobs and travel I was a beer rep and sold many of the beers you are speaking of. If you watch our Brasov, Romania video we go for some old-world beer and skip the craft. Thank you for watching and would love to have a nice Trappist beer together someday! Cheers!!!🍻
Craft beer is a lot better than massed produce or commercial advertised beer. Once you expand your plate and find which types you like, you’ll finally understand. I’m from GA where we have 100+ craft beer makers, not everyone is good, but the are some great ones. Once I started drink different ipa’s & dark beer (porters & stouts) I find it very difficult to go back and drinking Pilsner or Lagers of any brand. Once you adjust your tastes buds to quality beer, it’s night and day different.
Cluj Napoca got nothing to do with a capital. It was only the seat of "dieta", kind of parliament during Hungarian ruling. I can't understand the need to load political relevance over a nice place.
Cluj-Napoca was such a great town filled with endless restaurants, cafes, and an incredible craft beer scene. We really enjoyed the time here exploring all we could - thanks for watching!

Notice the one church you both went in to, it might have a Freemason, Knights Templar or Illuminati theme to it. Was there any information on it at all?
Hi, Lee. Unfortunately, we do not. We are trying to get better with information when shooting interesting sites like that but sometimes we don't get it done. Sorry about that. Thank you for watching!
Cheers!!!🍻
First
Go to Oradea
We did make our way to Oradea and had a great time, that video will be out next week!!! Thank you for watching!!
Cheers!!!🍻
You should make a video with your son, I think I know him on Roblox
Interesting you may know my son, is that a gaming site?
Go to Alba Iulia
We did and had a great time!! That video was supposed to come out yesterday but we had some technical difficulties. It will be ready this upcoming weekend.
Cheers!!!🍻
@@BrianandCarrie Oh really? I am glad then, curious to see what you guys did here. Keep up the good work
Personally I've never understood why anyone would choose a craft beer over those that have been top quality for hundreds of years.
There is România, no Transilvania and Dracula! Understand?
Got it! 🤣 Thank you for watching!
Cheers 🍻
It’s Transilvania deal with it 😂
@@BrianandCarrie Ignore that doofus, he has an inferiority complex.
Unofficial capital of Transilvania is Alba-Iulia!
Good to know!! That Video is coming out next week!!!
Cheers!!!
Cluj Napoca got nothing to do with a capital. It was only the seat of "dieta", kind of parliament during Hungarian ruling. I can't understand the need to load political relevance over a nice place.
Politics?
