Thanks for another awesome podcast. A compilation video of all of the NERDTOWNS would be a lot of fun. Also, I ordered a Flare Prime X yesterday and I'm not sure if both of you maining it should make me feel confident or regretful about my purchase, lol.
You guys are entirely too relatable. I'm at a similar place in my growth curve, although I'm not entering tournaments at the same torrid pace. "Net Gains" is a great new segment!
Pack your daisy dukes and that leotard and bring your bromance on down here to Dallas! I spied Aizec in his tight shorts today 🔥 and you’ll turn the heads of all the ladies down here just as much as he does, uh and probably those of a few dudes too❤️🔥😜😂
Luis! How do you compare your current two mains (flare prime x, esq 14.3) to the Pulse V? I'm surprised you're not maining that as I am hearing great things about them.
Great listen! Appreciated the whole chat abt the tourney and the net gains :) Can you shed any light on the BnB Invader yet? Can’t wait to hear abt that one!
i agree with you regarding smaller cells. StandOut uses a small size cell also I believe... another great paddle. Small cells definitely feel better than the larger cells IMO.
Thanks for paddle … will email soon. I will report back on my whiffs from those removed tips/corners. In case you thought it might reduce my trash talk let’s just clear that up now. 😛 OMG … the two Trash twins are playing with the same paddle. What’s next, matching mixed doubles outfits? I guess that could lead to duel “flash” threats. I guess I better go watch the rest of your video … I jumped straight to the new mains confession section, and stayed for “peel ply built in short shelf life sales strategy” and of course … WINNING!!! (If I could post a video here Charlie Sheen would be playing) You two are all right for two young pre-wisdom age dudes. 😂
Sweet…. I’ve been asking about peel ply for a while. So little info on it, how it’s made, who makes the best, can I add it back myself. Thank you for the peel ply discussion. One question, does older balls that have been roughed up wear out peel ply quicker? I play outdoors mostly but sometimes I play indoors and those balls stay slick but the outdoor courts rough up pickleballs.
@@PickleballPursuit I knew a guy 😉that one summer moved up a level at tennis tournaments. He had achieved that 4.0 singles gold (we just called it 1st place) the end of the summer before. He played tournaments all over the state the following summer, cocky and ready to kill in 4.5 singles. He did not win one match that summer. That guy did not quit, and it turned out pretty good. That’s all I’ve got … not good at this “just stare at the ball” encouragement stuff. 😉 I 100% agree with Justin, you play tournaments with the skills you got. My best level in tournaments always came from thinking about nothing … autopilot. Working on stuff happens before. What happens in tournaments is one day you finally get past “that guy”, 4.0 tennis singles pusher in my case, a child in yours, eggs and bacon paddle lady for Justin. 😂 After … you are a completely different player, and your skills didn’t change at all. You will appreciate your improvement more because you had to work at it.
Getting paddles in before the new fees. Hoping the "small guy" can still get Non approved paddles to the Rec population. Great job finally explaining about peel ply and epoxy.
Fun fact. I weighed the edge guards I bought of Amazon and they are close to .5 grams per inch. So if you want to same money get that over tungsten tape.
So what accounts for different spin amounts and consistency? Why doesn’t everyone get Volair spin capability? Why does Chris say that Paddletek has the most consistent grit?
I think it was an unlucky draw, you probably had the hardest 3 teams in the pool. If you watch my games we struggled with bruce/troy and bacon N eggs/child lolol
Where are the paddles with shorter handles??? Some guys and many women have smaller hands that would benefit. Also, many don’t ever use two hands on their backhand shots. We need shorter handles with a longer face too!
Thanks for the shout-out guys! Appreciate the kind words. Love the podcast!!! Keep up the great work!
Thanks Cindy! Great playing!
Don’t sweat it boys. That’s a valuable experience! You’re going to build off it in no time 💪
What?! TY for the paddle boyz 😭😮💨
Nerdtown is my favorite lol
You guys are much more enjoyable to watch than any other pb channel...keeping it real.

Appreciate y’all!! Looking forward to when y’all are in town next!!

Dont feel bad, you guys are great together on the pod!👍🏽🤣

Great stuff fellas. Better luck next time. Unfortunate that they cut your games short.
I love the nerd deep dives
Great episode. Learned a lot from nerdtown. Please keep it up.
Do you guys have videos of the tournament?
Great listen! Appreciated the whole chat abt the tourney and the net gains :)

WE haven't gotten ours yet so nothing I can say about it yet
good job guys, I like where you are taking the pod. I like the net gains segment.

We need video proof of your losses. I watched some of jontoepb’s videos but didn’t see you guys. Saw bacon and eggs.
Choosing new main on the rebound … maybe you should just go to counseling.
That’s what my lesson is for 🤣

Enjoy the nerdtown. Keep going.
Come on Boys! Let's go!

Awesome episode. Do you have any news about B&B Invader?
New week new main!

have a link?
Can we get a bacon and eggs paddle review?
Power >9,000 😆
too soon 🤣

XD chance has got your number unfortunately. I think he is in your head

Is your neck hurting from carrying that gold medal around all week? Thanks John, y’all played great man!

Check out the Nexus Phaze 1 Shroud. I recommend that paddle for a shorter handled paddle.
Why the large variation of length and width for the chorus series ? 5.6 inch handle sounds too long :/
