I am Catholic and I LOVE David Wood. His experience with many in the lower stratum of society makes my entire Black Catholic family love him ...for he understands many things while being faithful to Christianity! . There was a Muslim who told me that I should read the Koran so that I would not be ignorant of Islam, because people should not be ignorant. I asked him if he had read Old or New Testament of the Bible and the Catechism of the Catholic Church to expel any potential ignorance of Christianity. He then, realizing that his bluff had been called, switched strategies and pretended like he had asked me to read the Koran for other reasons - mostly because I should learn about the Prophet and stuff, rather than being closed minded. I told him that I am open to truth and closed to falsehoods. He told me that Christianity was true at one point but no longer is because of corruption. I told him that if Christianity was true then then it is just as true now because God does not change - also requesting that he show me any actual evidence that the Bible had been corrupted in someway. He then politely exited the dojo after reminding me to have an open heart. I then finished by reminding him that my heart is open to truth and closed to lies. People often accuse others of ignorance when they are completely ignorant and misinformed themselves.
@Johnny TwoShoes According to my research, the New Testament and Old Testament Catholic Bible has used the same sources generally speaking, which can even be tested against scrutiny to this very day for over 2000 years. So what counter-evidence can you provide to prove that the Catholic Bible is a corrupted version of the original? And what time period in particular did it become corrupted? And what time period was it previously not corrupted? And what evidence can you provide that the Koran comes from God, other than that Muhamad (God have mercy on his soul) saying so? Thanks.

@Keksi That's definitely not true in the slightest. There are people who have read the Bible and become atheists. There are people who read all three books and more and became Christians. There are plenty who have read the Koran who are not convinced by it in the slightest. If actual evidence can be provided to me that the Koran is the correct word of God, and that the New Testament was corrupted, then I would take the time to read it. Since no one has shown me this evidence, because it does not exist, I really have no reason to read it.

I would love to know; can we claim that most people convert to christian after studying the bible. Because muslims claim that most people becomes muslim after reading the quran.
Most of the muallaf I know is bcs they want to get married. It is easier, they said. I am Indonesian, so I know many of my friends whom partners are westerners convert to islam to make the administration smooth. If a muslim leaves, the administration will full of discrimination.

In the Hebrew scriptures, the ‘son of man’ is also used many times speaking of people (Job 25:6; Psalm 80:17; 144:3; Ezekiel 2:1; 2:3; 2:6-8; 3:1-3).Since God would not contradict Himself by first saying He is not the son of a man, then becoming a human being who was called ‘the son of man’, he would not have done so. Remember God is not the author of confusion. Also, human beings, including Jesus, are called ‘son of man’ specifically to distinguish them from God, who is not a ‘son of man’ according to the Bible.
The Bible says that Jesus denied he is God
Jesus spoke to a man who had called him ‘good,’ asking him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.’ (Luke 18:19)
And he said to him, ‘Why are you asking me about what is good? There is only One who is good; but if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.’ (Matthew 19:17)
Jesus did not teach people that he was God
If Jesus had been telling people that he was God, he would have complimented the man. Instead, Jesus rebuked him, denying he was good, that is, Jesus denied he was God.
The Bible says that God is greater than Jesus
‘My Father is greater than I’ (John 14:28)
‘My father is greater than all.’ (John 10:29)
Jesus can not be God if God is greater than him. The Christian belief that the Father and son are equal is in direct contrast to the clear words from Jesus.
Jesus never instructed his disciples to worship him
‘When you pray, say Our Father which art in heaven.’ (Luke 11:2)
‘In that day, you shall ask me nothing. Whatsoever you ask of the Father in my name.’ (John 16:23)
‘The hour cometh and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship him.’ (John 4:23)
If Jesus was God, he would have sought worship for himself
Since he didn’t, instead he sought worship for God in the heavens, therefore, he was not God.
Jesus worshipped the only true God
‘that they might know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.’ (John 17:3)
‘he continued all night in prayer to God.’ (Luke 6:12)
‘Just as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve’ (Matthew 20:28)
How did Jesus pray to God?
‘he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father’ (Matthew 26:39)
‘During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.’ (Hebrews 5:7)
Who was Jesus praying to when he fell on his face?
Was Jesus crying in tears to himself pleading to be saved from death? No man, sane or insane, prays to himself! Surely the answer must be a resounding ‘No.’ Jesus was praying to ‘the only true God.’ Jesus was the servant of the One Who sent him. Can there be a clearer proof that Jesus was not God?
The Quran confirms that Jesus called for the worship of the Only True God:
“It is Allah Who is my Lord and your Lord; then worship Him. This is a Way that is straight.” (Quran 3:51)

Christian made a very basic mistake that humans have been making since the very start. They made a human being, God. And divided him up into different characters. Only if the bible said that one god transformed into a human being and a holy spirit and if the Christians didn't affix at god being three different persons in the same entity, I would have believed.

Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers.

أَفَلَا يَتُوبُونَ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَهُۥۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
So will they not repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
