February Late Winter, Early Spring Bass Fishing Pine Flat Lake.

My buddy Cam and I tried our luck at Pine Flat lake Presidents day weekend. It was also Cams birthday weekend, so we got the okay from the wives to fish for the day.. All in all, it was a good day. We got on some fish, but it was very slow. Fish were lethargic and were not chasing anything fast moving. Still as to be expected this time of year with water temps still very cold. It was all about the Jig, Ned Rig, and Drop shot today. Pretty much anything very slow moving. From my count, I believe we ended the day with 7 fish all together. Not bad. Fun day regardless.
