Fantastic video. I must get there again, my last visit was in the mid 1990s.
Thanks, yeah it's a good spot for filming, particularly Weds and Thurs when you get the most action.
Great stuff :)
Thanks!! :>
Excellent video Danny :)
Cheers Edmund! :))
Great footage and thanks for sharing. John...
Much appreciated John, thanks!
NICE VIDEO DANNY.
Much appreciated, thanks! :>
Stunning shots there Danny, well done !
Thanks very much Stephen! I have 'the beast' in full cry on the laden steel to upload yet, my pc is on the blink but it'll be worth the wait :)
btw do you know there's an IWT running each way on a Saturday now? tinyurl.com/n78f2oj Very good news for you :)
Aw that's great Danny, will it still run on the usual times?
That forum link is the only info I have so far Stephen but I'd imagine it would to avoid clashes with the passenger timetable.
Ah I see, I would imagine it would leave NW for Ballina after 9:00 in the Morning !
awesome footage man, i started the work on my model railway there yesterday i should have an update posted later on or tomorrow :)
Thanks again, that's great you've made a start, looking forward with interest for updates!!
your welcome man, i made the layout look like a shunting yard with 3 or 4 sidings and a route for the trains to run aroun
Great video! I can see you had your daily exercise routine at Kildare with the coupling/un-coupling sequence, running up and down the platforms and foot bridge. :p
Thanks Carl, you're not wrong there this game would keep you fit alright, went home a few pounds lighter! :D
Wow! Super footage Danny:D How often is the steel running at the moment? I love the ICR flying past 082 running around. Great coupling action too. Why were the MK4s going so slowly? You managed to get a nice bit of sun for the IWT too. That vantage point you chose at Cherryville is good one, better than on the bridge itself I think.
Cheers Seán!! The steel train wasn't listed to run this week so it was a really lucky catch, more so with "the beast" in charge :) It seems to be running at least twice a month at the moment. Kildare must be on the brink of relaying work as there's a long standing TSR on the middle road there (which is in poor condition). The southbound Mk4 was riding an amber signal hence the low speed. Have the beast in full roar on the laden steel to upload yet, my pc is on the blink so could be a couple of days.
I look forward to it anyway:)
It's not far off the Colp performance so you'll enjoy it! Do you know there's an IWT running on Saturdays now? tinyurl.com/n78f2oj
Yay! It actually isn't that beneficial because I'm not usually free to travel on Saturdays and in five weeks I'll be free to film morning, noon and night!:D My first pot of call will be Beauparc after the JC. Perhaps you'd fancy a trip?
It'll probably feel like the longest 5 weeks of your life! I'd love to take a trip up there, preferably before all that lovely jointed track disappears :)
znakomity film!
kciuk w górę i zapraszam na mój kanał

Thanks very much Jakub! :>
