Since I didn't know much about how to hold my breath for long, I asked a swimmer for suggesting and then tried the tips and then tried holding a note. It tarted from just 10 seconds, that became 12 which became 15 until slowly and gradually I came up to 33 seconds of holding a note in a single breath, so yea, with a little practice, it's possible. And if you don't believe me, there a Turkish guy who hold the Guiness World Record for holding a note for 1 minute 52 seconds. Look him up. Have a nice day!
