I’ve been to several countries like Canada, Spain, Italy, France and I live in the U.S. been to hella states but Atlantis Bahamas has by far been the favorite place to visit

Electrical outlets in The Bahamas are 60 cycles/120 volts, which is compatible with all American devices.
So if you're in one section, can you go anywhere in the resort or have to stick to that section?
The short answer is NO, guests do not have access to everything. Access to other sections and their amenities depends on which area of the resort you have booked. Lower-end accommodations have less access than higher-end. The breakdown is complicated so our best advice is to ask the hotel directly when you make reservations and choose your section. However, ALL guests have free access to the water park/marine habitat known as Aquaventure, as well as the casino, bars, and restaurants.
