Nice video! I want to go to Atlantis this year and this was really comprehensive. I've been here multiple times, but probably not in 10 years, so it was good to see the updates!
Comfort suites was much more cheaper, you could use all amenities that Atlantis offers and you get free breakfast. Cannot beat it. The walk not bad whatsoever
@@montisadventuretime901 access to everything except one pool which was only for guest staying at a certain tower. Forgot the name of the tower, i think Corral? But we still sat by that pool, swam for a bit and ordered food and drinks. No one say anything so I’m sure the workers didn’t care to know if you were officially staying in that tower. Is comfort suits still have access to Atlantis amenities? Pools, beaches and restaurants? Also if you stay in the royal or cove do you have to pay dinner in the restaurants or does it come free with the night stay?
@@razerblade6344 Sorry I missed this comment. I do not remember seeing any bees or hornets/wasps. There were some kitty cats staying on the resort, and a whole lot of birds/fish.
I was there last year..great vacation..on the island..no cash required..room key required..the aquarium is great..the service outstanding..the food on point..two bad things..front desk need to step it up way faster..and when you go into town..prices are sky high….stay at the resort for everything..
How was the food and services you received? I read many many reviews stated that food is incredibly expensive as in burgers and fried for $40 and a family of 4 meal is around $100. And I also read that services are really bad with staffs throwing attitudes and save at customers. It is true? Please let me know your experience because we will be going in November so we can be prepared lol. Thanks ❤😊
Hello! The meals were a little pricey, but in my opinion they had standard resort costs for food. We walked 5 minutes off the resort to get Dunkin Donuts for breakfast some days. The pizza shop near the marina (goo.gl/maps/s3oWA3tLwxoeS5eB8) would be a good budget-friendly spot to order food for the family. I remember a large whole 18" pizza being about $35. There are some nice restaurants in the marina area as well, but some of them were more expensive/fine dining. The service at the resort was great for us!
oh my gosh what a great video, I was so confused on where what and when.. lol Great info especially about the reef and cove. Did they have much night life besides the nightclub?
Thank you! If you stay at the Cove or Reef, you have access to the private day club pool areas in addition to all the other amenities at the resort. :)

Can you mention more about what food you ate? I see your comment about the Dunkin five minutes away, but curious about anything else you can provide. We will be traveling on a budget so would love to be able to hit a grocery store or something on the way.
The food is not cheap at Atlantis. I'd say the most budget- friendly food at the resort is the pizza shop near the Coral entrance. There is a little grocery shop near dunkin donuts that might help: maps.app.goo.gl/BM5yf9Z6LTYrm1iKA
My family and I visited the Bahamas last April. It was the best vacation I've ever had. The most magical moment on the vacation was when we were in the pool and on the beach. It was the one year anniversary of my uncle's death. Above the pool was a double rainbow in the sky, with a dove shaped cloud underneath it (a definite sign from God). Later when I was on the beach, I went in the water and was surrounded by a school of clear angelfish. I'm not really sure what happebed, but I do know my uncle's presence was with me.
I was wondering about transportation to and from the airport and hotel. I hear that taxis can cost up to $30 plus, but sometimes they charge for a person and per luggage on top of that. When you booked the shuttle through the Atlantis website, was there a person holding a sign? How do I know who's picking me up? I'm going solo so I'm kind of terrified about how to get around by myself.
For the shuttle, the Atlantis personnel emailed me a receipt after booking it. The receipt had some instructions on it and said to look for a shuttle with a specific logo on it in a specific spot at the airport transportation pickup area. There was a person standing outside the shuttle with a list of names to check and make sure you were on that list. Safe travels and have fun in the Bahamas! 🇧🇸
For The Coral, the Resort Fee is $59.00 plus a $5.90 VAT charge, totaling $64.90 per room, per night, and for The Reef and The Cove, the Resort Fee is $70.00 plus a $7.00 VAT charge, totaling $77.00 per room, per night. more info here: www.atlantisbahamas.com/faq
Thanks...going there soon...two questions...where is the best place to buy booze in Nasau to lug over to the Resort and where can you rent Hobe cats to sail ? Best...
We went back in 2012 and my only complaint was they made us have a credit card on file that had a balance to cover the whole cost of the room. I was taken back by this since I already paid for the room. I had to put my debit card on file cuz my credit card didn’t have a high limit at the time. Thankfully they didn’t charge my debit card the cost of the room cuz then I wouldn’t have been able to pay my bills when I got back home. At was my lesson on always have a credit card on hand with a high enough limit in case something happens
This answer is going to vary person to person, but I think you could do most of the activities/amenities the resort has to offer in 3-5 days. (Waterpark, beaches, dolphin cay, casino, aquariums, restaurants, shopping, various fun activities the hotel staff puts together). Happy travels!
Could you address how easy or hard this place is to get around for someone who either can't walk or has limited ability to walk i.e. wheelchair users??
How much would you say ended up spending on food and other things during your stay not including the room and flight? Just trying to get an idea of how much extra it should come out to for a week trip.
I would estimate anywhere from $60-200 per person on food per day, depending on where you eat, if you order alcohol, etc. There are many activities at this resort, and some cost additional money (i.e. swimming with dolphins, casino games, etc). Everyone's spending varies depending on what you like. You can save money by grabbing food in the 5 min walk to the village just outside the resort (near Dunkin Donuts). Have a nice time in Bahamas!
Hi, thank you for your information that's was very helpfull🙏 can you please tell me how much you have to paid for fees per night at royal atlantis and have you paid any deposit there?
The nightly rates at each tower vary depending on the season and weeknight vs weekend - you can check rates on their website www.atlantisbahamas.com/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAlJKuBhAdEiwAnZb7lXT0jovVUlzR0DN0OOUkiYC6G84BV0H69d3U6LvlUOq2Uz0Hi16MpRoCms8QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Please tell me is all the slides you have to walk stairs up or r there elevators also alot to do for seniors who can't walk good hello can u answer my question???????? Can't answer my question wow what a rude Tuber u are😅
What an entitled viewer you are. Brandon supporter, am I right? I was going to let you know about slide access, but after your (edited) comment, I think I will let you figure it out yourself.
There are not elevators to take you to the top of the slides. I think they would hope people that are swimming out of the water /going up steps to get out of pools at the end of slides would be physically capable of making it to the top of the water slide to slide down. If you are slower going up the steps, pick a slide with a long line and you'll have to slowly go up the steps with the line. If you are not physically able to go up a few flights of stairs, I would not recommend going on these water slides. There are a lot of other activities at the park you can enjoy! :)
Average lows are in the 60's F in Jan and Feb. I would recommend avoiding hurricane season unless you get good travel insurance and can reschedule if a strong storm is passing through when you intend to visit. The guys on the island told us the rainy season starts late spring. I have been here in February and in late May - living in the NE USA I really loved coming here and escaping the cold/gray winter in Feb. When I visited in May, we did get some rainstorms.
