In this video one of the dishes is a baked lobster, I have always wondered why in that preperation do people not take advantage of the empty cavity. To me it seems ideal for some kind of stuffing. Maybe like a crab cake filling.
It would probably be hard to stuff it since the lobster might rip from the tail. That and uneven cooking but if you could find something that works then go for it. Sounds like a great idea :)
The Hollow bottom makes cooking faster and even..... like air almost.... crab on top is amazing ohhh or even a seafood stuffing just my thoughts I love cooking

My mom in law’s recipe for pepes udang will be one of the best seafood dinner ever. It was a big blue legged prawn (udang galah) with full of indonesian spice, and was pan fried/steamed in a banana leaf. Tho the name isnt very attractive, believe me u will definately ask for more (if u dont consider your cholesterol level since im getting old) 😭 Tasty, u shud explore more of our food too. Big love from indonesia. 🇮🇩
