Amazing job, it came out so nicely! What a creative thing to do! I can't believe how dirty water got. 👍
Amazing how much dirt and rust drops off.
Amazing results, nice job!
Thank you.
That's super cool!
Honestly the best method I have ever used to clear rust. Better than WD40, vinegar soaking, sanding, etc.
We have a rusted mattock "grub axe" we found on our property. Absolutely want to try this tip on it to knock the rust off so we can revive and reuse the axe. Great video!
This process has has really reduced the time taken to restore items. Got a vice i need to take care of next. Cannot wait. Also you should definately give the axe a try.
Interesting method well done.
Thank you. Feel free to try it.

Nearly as good as your stuff. 👉
@@DIMTips Thanks for the thumbs up!
You have some great restorations
@@DIMTips Thanks
Deserved
Looks like that worked really well 👍 😊
Honestly, I was so surprised at the result. It is so much easier than any other method like vinegar, wd40 or sanding. Have you tried anything else that works this well.
@@DIMTips I've tried a lot of different things, I have had good success with vinegar and electrolysis but I used soda crystals instead of soap powder 👍 👍
Will try soda crystals next time. Knew you would know.
@@DIMTips The soap powder looks like it worked just as well as soda crystals
Surprisingly well. I think salt would have worked too. Maybe something to try at some stage.
🔨👍👍👍
Thank you 👍
