It is one way to change. Push down the clip between the knob and lever. And pull out the knob by force. But mine was hard to remove the clip because old so had to do it this way. But my way also can cause the old one will completely remove and put new cover.

Unfortunately it comes as a set with the whole knob. I guess you can check online

You need to press the button to the side and the push up !!
That method would work too however the clips on the inside wouldn't make a diff if you press it or not
