I just put that grill on my 2016 Colorado. Maybe many years to late but it looks better than the stock grill.

I agree. That air dam is ugly and worthless. I did the same.

Will this fit a 2016 Colorado LT? Looks like the websites say it only works with ZR

Chris Bartek Thanks, I had them painted gloss black at the bodyshop affiliated with my vinyl wrap shop. Also did my mirror caps and emblems.
How much did that cost?
John Wellman Because of my affiliation with the body shop they painted my bezels and caps and emblems for free
Looks good. I agree, removing the bumper was probably the best option. I will do this mod and remove the air dam.

Mark Gonzalez Thanks for checking out the video please sub, I was thinking of getting the aev rims. They’re available in black as well as other colors but ive been so busy. Try powder coating you stock rims black, its cheaper and goes a long way.
Priscilla & BJ I had a pair of rims in mind. They are the same size of the stock . The only thing is that the offset is different. I read somewhere the stock tires are 33 offset. And the ones I want are 20 offset. I really don’t know how that affects anything. I traded in a camaro. It was my first car. I never did any mods because I knew I was going to get rid of it. I did plastic dip the rims. So now on this 19 Colorado. I do want to put some money little by little. Thanks for replying . I’ll sub. And check out more content

@@BjWraps I got the lame 2.5l gas version......so with that I'm looking to add a little more power to it in the future!
curtis buchanan Its all good, I wanted the diesel but couldnt find one in time as my other cars lease was ending. Everything happens for a reason. I ended up getting the v6 and I fill up at my local costco for super cheap.(they dont sell diesel fuel)
Looks great, plan on doing my Colorado when the weather get nicer, (no garage). I replaced the chrome fog lamp trim to black and found that the new black ones don't fit as snug, (GM OEM parts) did you have this problem?
pjcd 701 I just removed, painted and reinstalled the stock ones. They fit just fine. Good luck with it and thanks for checking out the vid.

Just to add an idea the next time you need to take your bumper off again get the angle adapter from dewalt and a 12” spring extension. It made it so simple

So the missing part of your video was "#@$**^%!&#@#^%". LOL. I was so stoked when I finished mine, that I almost drove off while it was still up on jack stands (took the whole bumper cover off). THANKS FOR THE VIDEO
Will the 2018 script grill fit a 2017 Colorado? People at ChevyParts.com says it is not compatible.
Jam Cradle And MTB To my understanding the script grill fits all colorados except the zr2. But dont quote me because I havent been able to test it on newer models.

well shit. i got started on this project and realized my fender flares are double sided taped to both the bumper and the fender, holding everything together. So to do this, I have to rip off the entire flare...not sure if it is worth it anymore
The flares can be easily double sided taped back on. Don't let that stop you.
Looks really nice man I had to do mine also but it’s going to be a little different than some others

italianrelic Its so worth it. The truck actually gets attention when I’m driving around, people actually give me the thumbs up and tell me how aggressive it looks. If you arent into modding cars you wouldnt understand. But its totally worth it.
