Okay so in one punch man the "cities" are actually countries that are named A-Z city. The threat levels of monsters is based on what they are capable of, demon level would destroy an entire "city" if left unchecked and a dragon level would destroy multiple if left unchecked. Personally i believe the threat level is absolete since saitama makes all the actual big threats look like a cake walk, so no one in the verse actually knows how strong some of these monsters would have gotten if saitama didnt happen to them.

I wonder how much stronger Kafka will become before the end of the series, Kaiju No.9 is all about evolution, and consumption of other Kaiju, and 8 can do the same(Evolve anyways) So It is possible that he will still grow a lot stronger.
you forgot about something, light speed attacks are mostly predicted to be dodged, not reaction to it approaching you, not that it effects the video much
this is more so a gut feeling, but I feel like Kafka could potentially follow attacks of some of the faster demon level monsters. most likely not move in par, but effectively react to them in some way. this would of course mostly be made possible thanks to his body allowing for a VERY cursed and impossible to predict fighting style. so I think he could follow his enemies moves and create an effective counter, as you said trapping his enemies in some way. but yea in dragon level in my eyes (for the less insane speedsters like platinum s) the problems is less just the speed but the combination of crazy attack potency that's combined with that speed. but ey a comfortable spot in dragon threat is still very impressive for a character from a more realistic-ish verse compared to OPM
now that i think about it kaiju no 8 and Saitama are similar in destroying/shattering meteor/giantbomb size of meteor and wasn't appreciated for it and got blamed/arrested

I don’t count anything being ftl unless they have a metroman like scene. Authors who claim this just have no idea how fast light actually is, so calcs should just assume light travels far slower in those verses, because we never actually see ftl feats and most aren’t even super sonic

I think the deep sea king in terms of durability/regeneration he touches the territory of low class dragon if watered up constantly. His classification however was done based on the battles and damage he dealt and most of these feats where when he was relatively dry. This is based on the fight of puripuri prisoner who as a s-class is considered to be able to fight multiple demon-level threats on his own (which isn't comparable with fighting against one dragon level) and if we consider the genos blowing up a mountain to be true. I think deep sea king is a bad estimate of strength catorization as his strength varied to much throughout his journey. I would use a combination of demon level threats to look for the upper limits of demon level. We also know that ancient king, subterranean king, deep sea king and sky king always intruduced themself with now that the stronger kings are dead, my time to invade comes, meaning that their invasion threat level should be ordered in strength based on their appearance. Meaning the deep sea king invasion as a whole is around dragon level threat. I am not sure about this but i think the forest king was also with these other kings and as he is dragon level alone... I assume that if placed in the element (heavy rain to fully immersed into water) deep sea king is dragon level as well. (There could also be the argument made with elements but we aren't pokemon trainer here) Also we know that classification of hero assosiation is sometimes wrong as seen with withered sprout (who is at least demon level and according to self esteem dragon level) (or marugoris initial rating). Also I would say that high level demon threats can match dragon level threaths stats without being able to defeat a single dagon level, for example awakened cockroach would have the speed to match/surpass multiple dragon level classified monster but he would certainly loose against all dragon level threats. Same for G4,G5 attack potency and 170.000 cicada adults defence. Meaning if we take all high feats of demon level threats we would get a low level dragon monster. We do have clear data on dragon level (bakuzan is low tier dragon, gouketsu is mid tier and orochi is high tier) but the demon (and below) level threats are not that clear.
Highballing Kafka into mid tier dragon is crazy for me, I would think he is at a comfortable low tier dragon level threat like black s without merge or gums.

Gums is due to the weak fight between pig god and gums and ugly killing him accidentally. black s without merge is according to various statements only a mass of a-class heros strength, meaning his stats aren't that impressive except his great numbers (when compared to other dragon level threats). As I argued before Demon level threats posses certain dragon level stats but don't posses dragon level fighting capabilities/aren't dragon level threats. (that was my argument with the deep sea king)

We all know that Saitama with Murata in the Manga will reach those same heights for sure. He has the potential that's GREATER than even someone like Goku and Goku's Character is literally about getting stronger. 😂 Only problem is, Saitama was already strong. So it's kinda like a half trained person versus a fully trained person. And they train even more. Saitama was already at his "peak" with the potential to become even more supreme, Goku is still trying to reach his peak and become supreme. Official Divine already made a video on this. I completely think that such a Ben 10 Army would dominate or be a big player if he, or they were in the 40k Universe. Ben 10 has it all, he's a one man army. you forgot about something, light speed attacks are mostly predicted to be dodged, not reaction to it approaching you, not that it effects the video much
this is more so a gut feeling, but I feel like Kafka could potentially follow attacks of some of the faster demon level monsters. most likely not move in par, but effectively react to them in some way. this would of course mostly be made possible thanks to his body allowing for a VERY cursed and impossible to predict fighting style.
so I think he could follow his enemies moves and create an effective counter, as you said trapping his enemies in some way.
but yea in dragon level in my eyes (for the less insane speedsters like platinum s) the problems is less just the speed but the combination of crazy attack potency that's combined with that speed.
but ey a comfortable spot in dragon threat is still very impressive for a character from a more realistic-ish verse compared to OPM
now that i think about it kaiju no 8 and Saitama are similar in destroying/shattering meteor/giantbomb size of meteor and wasn't appreciated for it and got blamed/arrested

I think the deep sea king in terms of durability/regeneration he touches the territory of low class dragon if watered up constantly. His classification however was done based on the battles and damage he dealt and most of these feats where when he was relatively dry. This is based on the fight of puripuri prisoner who as a s-class is considered to be able to fight multiple demon-level threats on his own (which isn't comparable with fighting against one dragon level) and if we consider the genos blowing up a mountain to be true. I think deep sea king is a bad estimate of strength catorization as his strength varied to much throughout his journey. I would use a combination of demon level threats to look for the upper limits of demon level.
We also know that ancient king, subterranean king, deep sea king and sky king always intruduced themself with now that the stronger kings are dead, my time to invade comes, meaning that their invasion threat level should be ordered in strength based on their appearance. Meaning the deep sea king invasion as a whole is around dragon level threat. I am not sure about this but i think the forest king was also with these other kings and as he is dragon level alone... I assume that if placed in the element (heavy rain to fully immersed into water) deep sea king is dragon level as well. (There could also be the argument made with elements but we aren't pokemon trainer here)
Also we know that classification of hero assosiation is sometimes wrong as seen with withered sprout (who is at least demon level and according to self esteem dragon level) (or marugoris initial rating).
Also I would say that high level demon threats can match dragon level threaths stats without being able to defeat a single dagon level, for example awakened cockroach would have the speed to match/surpass multiple dragon level classified monster but he would certainly loose against all dragon level threats. Same for G4,G5 attack potency and 170.000 cicada adults defence. Meaning if we take all high feats of demon level threats we would get a low level dragon monster.
We do have clear data on dragon level (bakuzan is low tier dragon, gouketsu is mid tier and orochi is high tier) but the demon (and below) level threats are not that clear.
Highballing Kafka into mid tier dragon is crazy for me, I would think he is at a comfortable low tier dragon level threat like black s without merge or gums.

As I argued before Demon level threats posses certain dragon level stats but don't posses dragon level fighting capabilities/aren't dragon level threats. (that was my argument with the deep sea king)

We all know that Saitama with Murata in the Manga will reach those same heights for sure. He has the potential that's GREATER than even someone like Goku and Goku's Character is literally about getting stronger. 😂 Only problem is, Saitama was already strong. So it's kinda like a half trained person versus a fully trained person. And they train even more. Saitama was already at his "peak" with the potential to become even more supreme, Goku is still trying to reach his peak and become supreme. Official Divine already made a video on this.
