Sir, you conduct your school morning assembly is very good and motivational for all teachers but in national anthem position for all was not same.
मैं केवल ये कहना चाहता हूं की national anthem मैं हमें सावधान अवस्था और अपने हाथों को स्ट्रेट एंड नीचे रखने चाहिए।

Yes u r right.... we also noticed that but I think It happened bcoz of stage fear. We also told the students the correct meaning after the assembly.
