I believe that is not the Q but the Screaming Eagle siren similar to the Q. The Q has many variants from different companies and this one is possibly the Screaming Eagle but I could be wrong.
@@mcembuff 100% that is a Q, not a Screaming Eagle. The Eagle does wind up slower, but not this slow. Odds are the Q is on a lower power so it doesn't wind up as quick, which I have seen a few times but it doesn't make much sense to me.
