Congrats to your family on the Grammies. It’s a team effort! I grew up in Palo Alto hanging around Gryphon as a kid. Guitar classes and Jordan Middle School and Paly back in the day! Hope to get back to the guitar again one day.
At 2:28 the absolute joy on Jacks face is absolutely priceless...What higher achievement than to have mentored such a great group of kids who now bring others happiness through their music...
Hell yeh, this is awesome. Molly Tuttle is still shredding it up here, but she's improved a ridiculous amount over the last 7 years!! The newest addition to the all-time-greats of flatpicking :)
This totally rocks!! Jack is quite the fiddler and Molly is right up there with the best flatpickers. And I do believe that this is the first time I've seen a video where AJ breaks loose on that mandolin. She is GREAT! I'd like to see more of this.
i agree with james love, wish too would have been introduced to your group along time ago, threre i s molly, AJ Lee.really you all are amazing..you people are added to my list of music i like.thanx for making music for us.
I've been following your music for a few years now, and am so impressed with so much talent coming from one family, Jack you're a great Dad to get the kids interested in music so young, they are amazing, Molly I Love You, I wish you were my daughter, you could teach me how to play the music that I grew up with and love so much! Bravo to All the Tuttle Family, you guys are the best!
What a joy it is to listen to these fine musicians. I find it interesting that they show little emotion or movement up there yet they project so much feeling and charisma.
That's because it's work to pay attention and perform at a professional level; it's not the overdramatic song and dance routine people have come to think of as entertainment.
Darn fine pickin on the mandolin, AJ has every right to smile! And as usual, Molly wows the crowd with her solo. She is so cool throughout, but right into the music obviously. Two of the best to come out of California.
I watched a few of your videos and I was very upset that I have not known about you all this time. Suddenly you have an ardent fan for life. I love your music. You guys are all totally great!
The old guy, it's the hat, the white hair, and the nose, his build. And maybe that sweater. The middle girl, it's definitely her hair style and her nose. The girl on the left just needs a side pony tail and she'd be all set. It's her forehead, her eyes, the shape of her face, her cheeks.
Great stuff. I notice that Jack ups his game in the second solo after Molly's typical, astonishingly fluid, creative and beautiful playing. Not saying Jack isn't very good, just he kicks it up a notch after Molly throws it back to him. Would love to see them live sometime.

Thank you so much for listening and your kind words.
Gosh! Even back in 2011 Molly had that hybrid picking style down! Great job!
Thats the firs time I heard AJ solo at any length. As anticipated... fantastic ALL!
How could a bluegrass lover NOT LOVE this!!!!
Ryan Plethra nothing wrong with that at all

Yea I didn't know she was that good on the mandolin, she pretty much nailed it. Cool to see.
This is not one of AJs better mando shots.
I had no idea Molly was this good 7 years ago. Love seeing this band perform

both Molly and AJ ripping it up and the senior on the fiddle ain't bad either love it
Cant get enough of this stringed magic. Hope to go see these musicians in person this year.

Wonderful! Must be a great feeling to have your daughters play so well.
AJ Lee is amazing!!! I loved her music when she was 7. I guess it helps to have good genes. If you don't believe me just look at Molly!!!
Love to see AJ smile! I'm really hooked on this group.
I'm a Molly-smiler kind of guy ...
Jack, you're one of the smoothest fiddle players i ever lent an ear to.

They're not the Monkees, you know. They're consummate pros.
That’s tradition in bluegrass and other old times genres for the most part
That Molly is too cute for my own good. Oh, and did you notice what a rip-roaring guitar player she is?
I love that little interaction between Jack and AJ at 2:07 when he looks at her like “your turn” and she looks back “oh...okay” then nails it
And the "Oh yeah!
he gives her at 2:26 after she slides up to the high note.
how could you ever get better than that.........Bluegrass rules and so does this group
I love Jack's way of playing this tune. I want to sound like him.
love the generosity of these people. wonderful
would really like to see an interview with jack tuttle.
Continue to listen to these great musicians. Hickory Wind has bee stuck in my head for 2 weeks now....but that is all right by me.
Lot of talent in a group with som much youngblood. Keep up the great work !!!
Incredible amount of talent on that stage.
Good video, it's obvious how much she's improved during the past 9 years. I can't get over how well she uses her wrist! Like a machine!
Darn fine pickin on the mandolin, AJ has every right to smile! And as usual, Molly wows the crowd with her solo. She is so cool throughout, but right into the music obviously. Two of the best to come out of California.
Just great, I have only just found you on youtube, gonna keep on watching now though...
Need Molly over to Ireland.
Beautifully played by a beautiful group.
Lots of talent there! Keep it coming!
Billy and Sarah on the rock solid rhythm!!

Another great performance. Loved it.
AJ picking like mad here! Love that! Even though I do miss her sweet voice.
Very talented, I hope to hear more of you.
Great job AJ, Molly, and Jack!
I watched a few of your videos and I was very upset that I have not known about you all this time. Suddenly you have an ardent fan for life. I love your music. You guys are all totally great!
Nicely done!
Love you guys! Great pickin' & fiddling.
Excellent!!!
Dr. Emmett Brown on fiddle. Kaylee from Firefly on guitar, and the Napoleon Dynamite girl on mando. Fun times. Where's Marty McFly?
Your like my wife. everybody reminds you of someone they don't look like at all.
You're.... Capital E....
That's what my wife says. No one looks exactly like anyone else. They just remind me of them.
Wow..great stuff..Foot tappin
Love the long hair!
Molly has a smile like the sun.
This is one beautiful piece everybody should look out for.
"Gifted Talent" 100-100
Jack was my first mandolin teacher! Back in 1990 before Mollie was born. A great instructor.

You can see where the kids get their talent !
The Smile at 2:41 makes me smile too.
Nice pickin', AJ!

Nice pickin Aj
Jerry Garcia would be thrilled to hear this.
Garcia's style was pure genius! His sense of timing and expression during his solos and "licks" has never been equaled.
@@123Shel12 Can you imagine a Doc Watson with Jerry Garcia album?
And now the gear on Molly's site has some with a GD lightning bolt on it. I wonder what that's all about.
love u
Gotta wonder how many careers Jack has created.
Is Molly Jack's daughter?
yes.
Can I ask Molly something
This isn't her UA-cam Channel.
@@mbsnyderc where is it
@@johnhipp604you don't know how to use the search engine type molly Tuttle then look for videos posted by her.
Damn. Why would this girl ruin her life when she has talent like this ?
ruin her life.. how exactly?
I can get into that😎
What's with all the frowns?
私もこの曲にマンドリンでチャレンジしたいと思っています。
Hiiiiiiiide!
A different title might be in order, now that we know more...
Looks like Mr. Tuttle was right... You can and you did...
the song is lost indian. play both songs and listen to them

The guy playing guitar behind Molly looks irritated (1:55)....seems like he's a bit jealous of her dexterity ! ! !
Mo
that fiddle.... *shudders* eww
Remember, you're playin for God, not for the audience.
Molly before she went full woke.
She didn't change you just didn't know her.
Polite people are so objectionable aren't they Carles...
