Ciao a tutti, in questo periodo difficile per tutti, mi sono trovato in difficoltà per reperire utensili per tornio, cosi ho pensato di mostrarvi come poterli fare in breve tempo e a bassissimo costo, le placchette mi erano costate circa 0,90 euro cadauna, il ferro è di recupero, quindi a costo zero...

Those inserts will move in use. Questi inserti si sposteranno durante l'uso.
Li sto usando da più di un anno e non si sono mossi!
@@newtech5042 It may not be possible to see the affect of slight movement with the naked eye. the reason I said it was because there appeared to be gaps between the rear of the insert and the holder. This is never the case with a purchased holder as the insert always has a snug fit to it. In your case the only thing stopping rotation is the screw tightness.
Potrebbe non essere possibile vedere l'effetto di un leggero movimento ad occhio nudo. il motivo per cui ho detto che era perché sembravano esserci degli spazi tra la parte posteriore dell'inserto e il supporto. Questo non è mai il caso di un supporto acquistato poiché l'inserto si adatta sempre perfettamente. Nel tuo caso l'unica cosa che ferma la rotazione è la tenuta della vite.
Hai perfettamente ragione, è palese che utensili creati con una sede che appoggia su due lati, sono molto meglio!
Però devi considerare anche le possibilità che hanno molti appassionati o dilettanti....
Ho solo fatto vedere un metodo per poter fare un utensile discreto in modo semplice e veloce, cosi da poter iniziare a lavorare e fare esperienza!
@@michaeltelemachus5112 se hai visto altri video noterai che New Tech usa tecniche di lavorazione davvero valide su macchine tradizionali, quindi condivido ciò che ha scritto per quanto riguarda l'impegno e l'inventiva per dare a tutti la possibilità di avere utensili a basso costo, soprattutto nei paesi emergenti!
@@alexthomas6865 I understand what you are saying and I am a subscriber to this channel as I enjoy most of his work. However, in this case, I am afraid that this is a poor tool unless it is made accurately, as it will produce poor results. Far better to just stick to High speed steel tools which can be produced easily and cheaply on a bench grinder.
