Just found you via Stephen Ryan’s Horti-Culturalists. I’ll be visiting Ireland in June 2023 & am looking for Irish gardens to visit. I’ll add yours to the list!
Glad to collab with Stephen and I'm happy you found my garden. I will post public open days on my UA-cam community page and in the Facebook page so look out for one in June next year! Best wishes, Rachel
Hello Rachel: Thanks a great video. I have a Queen of the Night plant that seems to be thriving extremely well in my dining room. It is huge, 10 ft tall and touching the ceiling. It had over a dozem gorgeous flowers last year, each about 15" wide and snow shite in colour. What should I do to manage its growth? I love the plant but I need space in the dining room too. How should I prune it, how much at a time and when? Thanks, once again!
Hi there and congratulations on growing such a big and beautiful specimen. I bet your plant smells amazing when in bloom. It seems like you are a victim of your own success. You could take a cutting and start again, discarding the old plant. Alternatively you could try cutting your epi back but you are then likely to loose flowers for one or more years, depending on how harshly you cut it. Prune after your plant has finished flowering. I'm sorry but I don't have any magic solution.
I "found" you very recently and am so happy I did. I love your channel and am enjoying learning from you. I'm very new to the gardening world despite having a lifelong interest in it. My kids (and husband) joke that it's my mid life crisis. But at least it's a pretty one, eh?

I love it and have the perfect location but can't find the orange color that's round, only flat Thank you, I love your channel Reply Highlighted reply Gardening at Douentza Gardening at Douentza 3 weeks ago Sorry, I can't help.
Like this one? ua-cam.com/video/b-obStUk3Vo/v-deo.html I'm not sure I have a whole lot to add to this but I will give it a coat of thought. Thanks for your input, always appreciated.
By the way, there are two Sunday videos you might like coming up. On 13th November there will be a video on autumn foliage and on new year's day one on trees with great bark.

Sorry, I can't help.
I'm sorry, I really don't understand what you're saying here
Oh, I see. You're complaining about the fact that I don't know where you can buy a globe flower and replied to tell you that.
@@GardeningatDouentza Pretty brusque answer compared to your other replies to people who fawn over you. Didn't know that was a prerequisite
Gorgeous autumnly colours 🤗🤗
They are! It really is that time of year.
Could you make one on winter flowering shrubs?😁😁😁 please and thank you
