Especially if the firing was because of LeBron because it wouldn’t have been an issue of his performance. But also not saying it’s right but hard to not understand a tiny bit. The entire move to Miami was hinged entirely on winning rings immediately so having a coach with little experience that has to endure the growing pains as they get better is not the ideal selection you’d want for leading things when you’ve made an unpopular move solely to win and to win immediately. Train them with higher discipline ethics. This is why the NBA players are softer these days that they rather create super teams elsewhere in order to boost their legacies by winning titles with talent. This is why rivalries have gone downhill as well as tv ratings and a losing appeal due to making so much money now for the NBA players that they have to donate money to charities.
