I am a local- you are fairly safe during daylight hours. Not so much after dark. Be safe!
I learned last month ,just because the Pikes place parking garage has a sign that says full one can still go in.I did and parked right away.
Don't go up a block to unless your looking for fentanyl or blues and to get robbed On Pike and Pine
