They seemed so deadly at the beginning then somehow they completely suck at the end

It doesn’t make sense either, until we consider the fact that Sheriffs level are far more higher than SWAT operator. And we all know SWAT operator are mainly focus on Urban Combat. Marine Raiders are trained to be adaptive, too bad they were fighting the people with more experience than them.
Brandon Garcia Sheriffs has more experiences than a SWAT operator. Sheriffs are the first responders in a shootout, not the SWAT.
SWAT are better trained and fully armed. But when it comes to experiences the Sheriffs has more of them.
And SWAT aren’t operators.....? Dude.. SWAT are highly trained law enforcement that specialize in military equipments and tactics.
There’s a main reason why SWAT existed in the first place.. That is to counter terrorism situation in cities and resolve a high risk situation.
R32Godzilla most SWAT officers are ex military or have other law enforcement experience

Charlestown is just a neighborhood. It doesn’t actually come up on the maps. Which makes it even crazier about how many bank robbers they produce.

So many skips in this video. Skipped the part he explains his gun is chambered with armor piercing bullets, skipped the part where he drills out the windshield of the armored truck, skipped the part where guy on radio says LAPD is 30 seconds away, skipped the part where second police car arrives at the scene, skipped the part where he reloads his gun at the end and empties another mag into the police car, and skipped the part where he says "let's go let's go let's go!"
I thought some of the scenes looked choppy. Especially when you see the guy start to drill, then the spilled coffee, then the driver gets shot before the other guy reaches thought the OPEN window....that made no sense till I saw your remark.

It was like this 2010 and before but as soon as a bunch of outsiders especially midwest and europeans hipsters starting moving things went to hell. I remember 3 am in LA was a ghost town circa 2009.
small detail in the movie, is when one says the cop went for his gun, and the other say that no he didn't he just spilled his coffee, it shows that they all were focusing on their jobs, and that there isn't always an agreement in a situation. Nice touch. They all had different pov's of the situation.

Marines (for the most part) are trained to never leave a man behind, so it kinda strikes me as odd that they left their friend behind when they had a clear opportunity to get him out of there (even if he was dead)

@Jason Monto No I did not have the honor so I've only read and watched video's about break contact drills, to me it seemed they correctly leapfrogged from cover to cover although it was pretty stupid to drop their M249 after one burst which is a force multiplier

The beginning part kind of confused me. I think Bosco made the first shot to the security guard and Donnie was on top of the armor truck and shot the other guard. Because, when they all came back Merrimen was pretty hard on Bosco.
