Hello Wolkify ! I am a french writer who has freely chosen to give away every audible rights of my books when i am still alive and well ! My skills are crime novels and old fashioned humourous radio drama. I have found a wonderfull reader and by that way of doing, I have been able to conquer new listeners and NOT ONLY disable people. I am glad to be a company for a lot of artists - painters - long-distance-drivers, nurses, night-stand jobs... The reading always adds a dimension. Today, when everything is on tape - thanks to AUDACITY, another great-generous project - it is possible to put a lovely music introduction, sounds, thank to the artists who share their composition. Am I stealing myself in sharing my work freely as I do ? NO ! On the contrary ! I feel very... content ! MONEY is NOT everything ! Enjoyed your video very much. Good work !
For 26 years I drove for UPS and must have listened to 100 audiobooks per year. Now I'm retired, wrote my own Novel and turned it into an Audiobook. I posted the full length version for others to listen to for free, and I hope you enjoy my story if you are an audiobook listener. The Fix-it-Shop by Friedrich Wilhelm is the name of my Audiobook. Be alert while driving, I've witnessed too many terrible accidents over my 26 years as a commercial driver.
It is a great thing that you took the time to give the world a book. I would like to post a book for people to read. The video would be just to introduce the book. The book would be posted below the video. I will not know if that is possible until I try it. Has anyone actually tired that?
I gave up on reading which I loved due to health issues...and switched to audio books. I have to spend a lot to buy those books. Thanks for your information....very helpful
If you live in the U.S., your local public library may have an audiobook collection, free with your library card. If your local town is small and it does not offer this, check out the next larger county and they might. I have to pay an annual fee to use a public library which is not in the county I live, but in three books, the fee equivalent is paid.
I love reading but, I am an auditory learner, and rather skilled instrumentalist. In college I used to record my own voice on a recorder reading my study notes, then play it back to myself in the car or before bed to help me memorize things. I have to admit that listening to an audiobook is actually more efficient for me than actually reading it, in terms of retention. Thank you for this.
So basically you're saying, how to find, hard to find copyrighted audiobooks on youtube is to simply search for the audiobook that you're looking for in the search bar and that's how to find them? Very helpful, thanks 🙄
Has just started listening to audio books on UA-cam about a year ago as new truck didn't come with a cd/mp3 player. Until then had bought them. Has 4 floor to ceiling bookcases filled with books on tape, cd and mp3. As a long distance truck driver books help keep me awake and safer while driving.
If you want to donate some, hospitals and nursing homes would love to have them. I'm a retired truck driver myself and these kept me awake and entertained through literally thousands of miles cross country.

I hate it when people make reading a book seem like work. It is supposed to feel that way when your in primary school before high school. At first most people hit that wall where they find they read a page and feel like they read nothing. That's normal. What you do is stop, and now read one sentence at the top of the page. Stop. Also utilize your public library. They have online versions that you can listen to through your device. Hope this helps and you find a ton of free audiobooks to listen to.
That goes for every genre. Based on reviews, a "good" or "really good" narrator is very subjective. I'll see half love a narrator and half hate them. This goes for the free, paid, classic and contemporary audio books I've come across. On Audible and on other sites. I don't think there's any way to avoid bad narrators, or guaranteeing good ones.
So how do I get complete audio that are on pocket fm l am a old lady that likes dirty romance novels but In order to listen to the complete book l have to pay and you still don’t get it, how can I hear the hold book for free or is this something that can be done, thanks for responding
Please can anyone help me, I’m trying to find audiobooks of the conjuring by Andrew Perrone. I’ve looked everywhere and downloaded lots of audio books that say they have but none of them do can anyone help me out there.?
Librevox does have a huge selection but my dislike is the readers. They are not professionals which is not a bad thing. My complaint is I haven't heard even one that has the ability to put some expression and emotion into their reading. Many only read in a monotone which distracts my attention to the book itself. A good reader allows you to get totally engrossed in the story and forget you are listening to someone reading. I have tried so many audios on the site which were great stories but I was distracted by the reader and couldn't enjoy the story. I would turn it off and sometimes find the same title on another site read by someone else.
How to find a audiobook on UA-cam? Search the title and audiobook. I WOULDVE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT

Also utilize your public library.
They have online versions that you can listen to through your device.
Hope this helps and you find a ton of free audiobooks to listen to.
You neglect to mention that the "free" classic audiobooks have the world's worst readers/narrators.
yeah, some are not great, agreed. but many are really good!
There are many fantastic narrators on LibriVox. You can search by their names. It’s free so takes a bit of sleuthing
Check out librivox audiobooks read by Elizabeth Klett.
Jane Eyre for example
It’s because they’re volunteers, despite that many readers do a great job
That goes for every genre. Based on reviews, a "good" or "really good" narrator is very subjective. I'll see half love a narrator and half hate them.
This goes for the free, paid, classic and contemporary audio books I've come across. On Audible and on other sites.
I don't think there's any way to avoid bad narrators, or guaranteeing good ones.
NEW Subscriber here!!!!!!!!! Thank you sooooooooo much for this information!!!!!! (I'm a senior on a limited income!!!)

Please can anyone help me, I’m trying to find audiobooks of the conjuring by Andrew Perrone. I’ve looked everywhere and downloaded lots of audio books that say they have but none of them do can anyone help me out there.?
Thank you, sir. I love aubiobooks.
