There are two things I started doing. Taking better care of my health and I stopped letting people walk all over me. My diet is cleaner, I workout more, and I bought my own health insurance...so I'm not solely relying on just my job for it. And lastly, I stopped allowing people to push me around. I don't chase people anymore for anything and I have a list of criterias and boundaries that I stick to when it comes to people respecting me. Plus as a bonus, I don't deal with people that don't want anything to do with me. I've learned people like that usually focus on themselves, and they'll never be there for you if you're in need of things.

My goal is to remain consistent with changes I've made. Like when I get to the size I want, I'll sometimes get less intentional with my eating which causes me to backslide. I want to keep this 10lbs off and tone up. On my short frame it makes a difference. So I'll be doing 16:8 fasting most days and planning my meals weekly!
I have been largely a loner and isolated since the early 1990s. I began going to church on a regular basis a couple years ago and now I have been going out about once a week or so with a group of women for the past few months. I have now added on joining a group and will tack on doing some volunteer work. It sounds pretty simple but it has been a huge challenge for me, at times fighting through terrible social anxiety. When I joined the group there was a point I ended up in the bathroom splashing cold water on my face and trying to take deep breaths. A woman from the group (it’s a mix of men and women) offered to take my hand and get me to the bathroom, so I took her hand. Afterwards I returned to the group and made light of it when it was brought up (out of concern I was ok). I just said that someone had to freak out and I took one fir the team 😂 I plan on just keeping it up even if it makes me a bit uncomfortable I know it will get easier. Hope this helps somebody. ❤

Goal is 100k in savings by December 1, 2024. I will submit 4-6 applicants per week in my business, with the goal of onboarding 2 applicants per week / 6 applicants minimum per month. revenue ranges from 1500-5200 per week after onboarding 2 applicants per week. Goal is to focus on Locum providers, travel CRNAs and travel nurses in higher COL areas. I’m down 45 lbs since June of 2023 so my goal is to maintain my gym regimen I am focusing on mindfulness and meditation, daily practice. Skin care twice a day !!

Things I've done to transform my life since 2023: started my second degree program for medicine, quit my job, got a new job that aligns with my college schedule, got my driver's license, quit cannabis, quit tobacco, and quit alcohol. I can't say enough how much quitting drugs has improved my life. I was the "productive stoner," but I wasn't living life at my highest potential. I'm looking to take a 3 month break from caffeine through tea/coffee/cacao during the new year as of the spring equinox just to see what it feels like to have zero psychoactive substances in my system.
I hold myself accountable by writing my goals in my journal and planner. Every step I achieve towards my goal, I’ll put a check mark and the date completed. If I am not making progress towards a particular goal, I’ll review the steps and make some tweaks. There are times when I have to delay a goal because stuff happens, but I make sure to resume the goal when I’m in a better space.
First off, THANK YOU FIR ANOTHER GEM!!!! Secondly, my top goals are to pass my Biology and other course by March 31st, and continue to stick to my daily yoga and Pilates practices. I have been noticing a difference in my waistline and posture too! We got this ladies! I love this platform so much ❤️

May I share my personal dilemma, spending money I don’t have!!! Now, I’m learning more than ever to save money. Every extra penny or dime, saved!!! We’re running into overtime! Mandatory overtime because of a massive shortage of law enforcement globally!!! This is my opportunity to stack my paper. In my line of work, I can make six figures with a job that started with $65K annually. Then I’ll start planning for my own business plan.
I just finalized my book proposal and sent it through to a publishing house, two of them actually. I am so happy to tick if off my priority list. Now I move on to the next goal.

I feel so called out but also called in… could you please create a video for women who are starting to create feminine lives for themselves after living in poverty and with abusive family members? So often I preclude myself from feeling deserving and capable of the life, habits, mindsets, etc you advocate for because it seems like it’s only easy and possible for women who have a support system or a healthy childhood.

Ladies, "A man is NOT a financial plan." Whether single or married, you must have your own BAG, and become financially independent.
I'm winning in most areas except my fitness. Those Covid-19 lockdowns really threw me off. I commit to getting fit, sexy and well-toned again, and lose 10kg this year.

I decided that I wanted to change NOW NOW and went a little crazy i started decluttering going through my wardrobe a little too zealously and I had some money in the bank and spent and spent on things that I actually needed but have been putting off but I’m calming down and re balancing my self I’m finding that even though I do still have to hustle I’m no longer ok with totally depriving myself of softness and things I want anymore. I couldn't agree more with the phases of accomplishing a goal. I'm in the ready phase where my bestie is in the venting and excuses phase for weight loss. I love her to death but I had to recognize that we are on separate journey's. To get real results, I had to do things she found annoying and unnecessary (going to the gym, tracking what I eat and reading the ingredients on the back of food). Instead of overextending, I'm going to give her the space to vent her frustration but I'm not offering advice she isn't ready to do or hear.

I couldn't agree more with the phases of accomplishing a goal. I'm in the ready phase where my bestie is in the venting and excuses phase for weight loss. I love her to death but I had to recognize that we are on separate journey's. To get real results, I had to do things she found annoying and unnecessary (going to the gym, tracking what I eat and reading the ingredients on the back of food). Instead of overextending, I'm going to give her the space to vent her frustration but I'm not offering advice she isn't ready to do or hear.
