Technically all digital agencies are creative agencies, but not all creative agencies are digital agencies. Creative agencies a broad category. Digital agency is a bit more niche focusing on digital creative assets.

Not sure. Didn’t ask about their profit margins, but in conversations with Chris I believe he said he was running 5:1, or close to it.
