So much coloured pencil work is completely photo-realist and so smoothed out, which does have a beauty of its own, but you often just can't tell its coloured pencil, it could be any medium, so I'm really enjoying your drawings where you can still see linework and what might be called 'the hand of the artist'. Agreeing so much with your comments on use of colour too😊❤❤❤

I like to skip the backs of pages while sketching and drawing in my sketch books but to be honest I like the look better of both sides filled and drawn on

I love the way you use unexpected colors in with the realism. It’s similar to what I’m trying to do, so it’s really helpful to see it done.

yeah I think that’s one of the reasons why I usually end up drawing on the backs of mine ☺️
