It’s obviously the YT algs, look at gaming video where the biggest videos r “fortnite king” channels. They want clicky content not legit EAL quality they don’t know how to categorize.
I'm just barely getting back into golf but a lot of it has to do with how stoked I get on EAL videos...and I feel the same way, dude is killing it and totally deserves more recognition. But whatever, he's doubled his subs in the last couple months. "If you build it, they will come", right? It's happening for him, if a little slowly. I'm definitely buying something from Yuki's shop next time I'm in Tokyo.

I went to a large golf-sporting goods store in Tokyo, 10 floors! I was in there for hours, when I came out I could not for the life of me figure out which way to the station, went back in the store and asked for directions, one of the salesman walked me all the way there. Japan is still one of my most favoured destinations, an amazing place with the most interesting people and culture.
I've had a similar experience there. Japan and the Japanese are amazing!

Golf partner in japan is a chain store that sells both used and new clubs ( sets as well). Always drivers and cheap irons to pick up. Also head to okachimachi / Nippori as there’s around 10 stores in that area. I picked up a new set of Callaways for 1/2 price as it was last seasons model.

A very close friend of mine worked in Japan. He brought me back an absolute shit load of premium golf wear. (We are both from Glasgow, Scotland) He literally spent a fortune on the presents. I was genuinely flattered. But, he bought xxl size. Japanese xxl size. I'm 6ft 4", 250 lbs in weight. Such a waste of beautiful clothes

There are at least six Victoria golf stores in Tokyo. That one was Shinjuku. Big one. For fun though go to Ueno where is is a shopping street with store after store of golf clubs and gear that dwarves Victoria.

Double Eagle or Prestige Alpen are better shops but that Victoria shop is good as well.
It's probably not recommended to shop for mainstream brands in Tokyo because their prices aren't cheap. I know for a fact that you can negotiate the prices SIGNIFICANTLY if you have a Japanese local negotiate for you. Pretty lame. Polite scammers 👍

I want to say I love Japan, and waiting to go back since covid screwed up my plans this year. That said, I got back into golf because of it, and now I want to check this place out! Also I would like to try a course or two there next time.

Loved my time in Japan, but as a 6' 200# guy, was difficult to buy. Ran out of underwear at one point. Wife bought XL at the mall. They fit her 110# frame perfectly.

I went into a shopping mall in Bangkok, 6 floors of golf shops. As I entered the pearly gates i was in heaven for 8 hours, never wanted to leave had lunch there browsed again then went back the next day. The day was pure.

@erik anders lang, my wife and I go to Tokyo periodically but I have not seen that massive golfing store you went to at the very start of the episode. Any landmarks or directions you can provide, I'm a golf nut and want to check it out for myself but didn't see it last ti,e I was there.

Great video! One of my best friends pitched on the Giants for 8 years, so as a long time Tour Spec Golf fanatic, when I visited him in Japan, I made sure to check out a few J-Spec golf stores. Unbelievable quality and craftsmanship. I had the 2017 Maxima Type V driver. To this day, the longest driver I've ever hit. You pay a premium, but Japanese golf equipment is well worth checking out, guys.
