  • A healthy nourishing protein food made with Buckwheat flour and nuts and seeds.
    Ingredients:
    Buckwheat flour - 350g
    Almonds - 150g
    Jaggery - 250g
    Sesame seeds - 150g
    Desiccated coconut - 125g
    Olive oil - 105ml
    Water - 125ml
    Process:
    Put a pan on low heat.
    Put in 1 tbsp olive oil.
    Put in the almonds and heat for 3 minutes stirring frequently. Then dish out.
    Crush the almonds and keep aside.
    Put the sesame seeds into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat stirring frequently. Then dish out and leave aside.
    Now add 90ml olive oil to the pan and put in the buckwheat flour and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat stirring frequently. Then turn off the heat.
    Put in the sesame seeds and crushed almonds.
    Add in the coconut.
    Mix well.
    In another pan on low heat, put in crushed jaggery.
    Pour in the water.
    Melt the jaggery. After 3-4 minutes when it is foaming, turn of the heat.
    Pour into the buckwheat mixture and mix well.
    It is ready. Dish out and enjoy.
