She’s definitely giving off weirdo vibes herself. She seems very oddball to me & complacent. Walking next door & telling them to keep it down or simply knocking on the walls may have saved the woman’s life.

@@dudemorris7769 misinformation stop twisting information and stop focusing on one specific witness that’s all you can talk about to draw attention to yourself. Move on. And the Manson comment man oh man coming from mid-late age lady with huge mole on her head and you want to talk about people behind a screen. Once again people judging people that that have no business doing because you were not there and you have no clue whatsoever as to what they have been through. Unless you were there you have no business judging any one of these witnesses they are brave enough to get on the stand to be able to put this murderer away.

I think if I were here I would have at least call in a welfare check. I’m not sure if I think this way though due to being a dv survivor. I was being abused by a bf in the middle of the night. I stepped outside trying to quickly call the police before he knew I did . He walked out almost right behind me & saw what I was attempting to do. He fought me trying to get my phone so I couldn’t call for help. I ended up out of my shoes & barefoot in the snow screaming for help! I don’t know how neighbors didn’t hear me. I just know in that moment I was praying somebody was calling 911. I ended up breaking away & calling from down the road.

@@ibelf2465 How terrifying!!! I’m so glad you made it out alive. Sadly, I think most people don’t feel any kind of obligation to offer help or to protect vulnerable people in dangerous situations. The bystander effect is real!! It’s so so sad. While there are some wonderful people out there willing to help… they are in the minority.

I'm just like Colt, I just don't get involved anymore. Getting involved in a couple of issues happening with neighbours has dragged me into things that I didn't want to be part of. ATM I'm getting calls from the police every day, I let a neighbour use my phone to call the police and report being mugged, he gave an account over my phone and he should have arranged a visit off the police, this was 3 weeks ago and my neighbour still hasn't made contact. The police keep calling me and asking all sorts of things I just can't answer. This is stressful for me, I wish I never leant him my phone, I've said it's got nothing to do with me, I am physically disabled and can't get upstairs to his flat, the police mentioned I'm holding up the investigation.

The facts of this case are bad enough, and I'm sure the defendant will end up getting the death penalty anyway...but this defense attorney is so offensive that he is not doing even the smallest thing to help his client. His body language is strange...I've never seen an attorney from either side question a witness while standing there with their arms crossed. He asks questions that he has no evidence to back it up when the witness gives him the answer he didn't want, and he gets things "confused" in attempts to make the witness look bad...like accusing the husband of smoking pot when it is his wife that does that. I guess the defense attorney thinks his method is a good one, but someone should tell him that acting like a jerk is only going to turn the jury off even more than they already are by his client.

Colt has testified that she seemed very simple, slow. Even the neighbor who let her make an fb account said she seemed very sweet. I had wondered if she is on the autism spectrum. Her involvement certainly cant be denied. Her looks and demeanor in her tedtimony are in contrast yo dime of the other ebidence shown. Being on the autism spectrum ( oif she is) or being of simple intellect doesnt exclude someone from being involved in evil things. She knows enough to know this insanity is messed- up and bad.

Violent arguments are either common or not common based on where you live.
If you live among people who are barely surviving, obviously dysfunctional, they're probably quite common.
You adapt. You stay away. You mind your own business. You certainly don't invite the violent folks' attention for obvious reasons.
It doesn't surprise me that the gal with the baby wouldn't call the police to report violence (loud arguments, bumps and crashes of thrown objects).
I wish the gal with the baby had answered that she didnt call the police bc she didn't want to be seen by Sean Finnegan (such a beautiful name, such a disgusting piece of filth) as his enemy.
    ***
Case in point: SF telling "chicago man" he was going kill him bc he helped to arrange Rebecca's escape from SF.

This defence attorney is going through what appear to be the right motions, but his manner and tone are very distasteful to witness. RD is clearly challenged, and whether she told untruths or not, there seemed to be zero tolerance for anything deemed as "lesser" by him. Surely he must know that by alienating the jury, he's potentially helping sentence his client to death?
Should the client deserve the ultimate sentence or not is another matter.
