Are you kidding...people actually complained about Dogs in the Rain. When my children, girls, where growing up...we three played in thunderstorms, pouring down rain and lightning for hours. Animals are created for the Rain...what the hell. I had two jack Russels that where kept ouside for their entire lives...they had a doghouse to get out of the rain...when it rained they laid out in the grass while it was raining. These complainers have to be city-sleekers or beattnicks.
