I just. Begun watching you. And u gave me so many ideas I'm just starting out I need to prototype t-shirts to start out see how they look and see what people like I just started thinking of ideas so hopefully I will launch the business sometime next week
One thing I've found with all of my presses, is that you need to check the actual temperature from what it says it is running. My 15 x 15 press has a fudge factor of .92, but my swing away has a .75. So lets say I want to press something on the swing away at 300 degrees F. When the press reads 300 F, the actual plate temperature is 400 degrees F. Took scorching a few shirts to learn they are never correct. But I will say that the swing away hat press is only a few degrees off, and works awesome for collars and sleeves.
How did you print out the designs? Do you need a special printer and paper to print to print it, and what cutting machine are you using. I never seen this process before.

True. But sublimation is way better.
You said you don’t have a sublimation printer so you can’t heat press mugs or plates but don’t you just need an inkjet printer and printable premium vinyl? If you print it on that can’t you cut it and place it on there? Let me know
That was a old video. I do have it now. Theres is videos now where I do press mugs. But no unfortunately printable vinyl wont work. Well it will untill you wash it. Then it will come off.
Here is a video where I pressed a mug live...

Heart and Hustle Printing what do you suggest? I tried to use printable heat transfer paper and #1) it was a black and white logo and the black area printed out gray.. #2) after heat pressing it it still felt like paper not like part of the mask.. it feels like paper texture on the mask. What should I do? I’m using a new et2720
If you dont want to fill it at all you will have to go with a sublimation printer. You dont fill anything with sublimation. Send me a DM on IG and Ill send you a sample of what it feel like..

Can I print the logos/text/etc on a regular printer?
No youneed some kind of paper that will let you transfer the inks..
@@HeartHustlePrinting So special kind of paper and the printer that can print on the paper correct? So a normal inkjet printer will not work?
You need a sawgrass800 or 400 or you can convert a printer also..
@heartandhustleprinting a few months ago I just realized I want to get into the t shirt printing because I'm always thinking of getting customized shirts for my daughter's but it just always seem so expensive when living on minium wage. So I thought hmm maybe I can come up with some ideas for a little small business. I've been doing some research on different things I will need and I came across your video. I really like the fact that you don't mind answering questions and your patient and understanding to people who have not a clue.. Thanks for your knowledge sincerity and understanding.. KEEP PRESSING
Laerika I do my best to answer all question. Also I totally understand where your coming from. If you are on a budget I would say during income tax time invest your own money about 1000.00 of it to you. Live your dream and make your own daughters t-shirts. Remember to make money you have to spen money. Always keep in mind it won't be easy. It will get frustrating but all you can do is KEEP PRESSIN..... Let me know if you ever need help with anything, Ill do my best to assist you. Twice a month I have teamed up with another Instagramer and were going to be doing giveaways for bussiness cards. and when I hit 15,000 subscribers Im going to be giving away a 5 -1 heat press. Follow on Instagram also to keep track of these giveaways.... THANKS for finding my ch. THANKS for support.... KEEP PRESSIN!!!!
@@HeartHustlePrinting thanks for the info.. I'm new to Instagram and everything.. 2 small kids didn't allow me to keep up with the changing of the WORLD lol I just set me a page a few weeks ago. Yes I've been told about 1000.00 and I've been saving so I'm hoping to have at least my heat press and cutter by the end of the year I just don't want to spend my money on something that will not allow me to make my money back to purchase an upgrade..I will be doing research on the Gimme5 vs plastisol as well. I've also been looking for someone who does images.. It's alot of info to research out there to get what you want.. SPEND MONEY TO MAKE MONEY is the motto I'm keeping.. Thanks for all you do..I will be keeping up with you
