Nice tune! 🔥It's actually "Aso-Ebi" which is a Yoruba (one of the major tribes in Nigeria) word that refers to matching outfits made of local fabrics (like Ankara) worn by family members or relatives during a particular occasion (Weddings, Birthdays, Burials etc)....Much love from Naija 🇳🇬

He is not referring to the yoroba language, it's our own local dialect "krio" so he is right it Ashobi.
And I recently realise that, the yoroba and krio dialect has almost the same words, and same meaning too. When I speak krio my Nigerian friends thought I was speaking yoroba for example, our bride we say, we yawo and they told me it means the same in yoroba language.

@@chrisoghenetegamaloney5799 it is but it is also in our language. the "creoles" are mostly nigerian descendants so its quite common to hear similarities in language. Krio is an actual language compared to pidgin.
