Well, I’ve been using it for like a year now. Everything is cool, I haven’t face any problems yet. The sound and bass is still cool like everything is in a good shape.
I was very happy with those, but after a year, left earbud just stopped working. Reading comments, I'm not the only one with same issue. Now, I'm in process with seller and guaranty.
Using it for last 8 months it developed connection problems and charging problems, even though case is fully charged the buds only get at 10% max and those 10% discharges asap and it only works one side at a time. Before this month I would rate it 5/5 stars and now -5/5 stars
Yeah even I feel like JBL products are shit, I’m having problems trying to connect both sides of my ear buds. Cus when one side gets connected, the other Dosent.
What ....? bro how eartips will affect noise cancellation for rhe person who is far away from me it's mic 🎤 which send our voice to other side have using an ordinary phone 📱 or earbuds.... Noise cancellation is not for user.

If it is under warranty, visit the nearest authorised JBL or Harman service centre with bill and manufacturer box and get it replaced. If it is out of warranty you have to bear the problem, there's no solution.

Hi bro I buy oneplus buds z2 recently and happy with them I purchased them because I want clr trebles other than just bass. Wanna know how's the clarity In ur buds since oneplus z2 consists of 11mm Drivers and have excellent clarity.
Charging is the biggest problem for this. Sometimes one of the headphone doesn't charge completely. It only gets charged upto 80% and recently I've found one more issue which is battery drain. The battery is getting drained so fast in one of the headphone.😞
I bought it 10 months ago, faced of many issues especially connection problem. They replaced it, after two months of replacement angain l am facing connectivity issues. If it's connected the sound quality is great. Now l am looking for a good tws. I won't buy JBL earbuds

Only problem with me is that you cannot connect to any device besides your phone (I try to connect to my laptop but it doesn't work). Anyone know a fix or is this just as it is?

Solid earphones. Very robust plastic, sound is very good, fits and stays in ear so well you could go running.
