I wished that people will stop advertising products. These ads from influencers is becoming claustrophobic as their is no sincerity on these products that they are takin about. It’s exhausting and I hope that this changes. Become inspired by what people have in their homes and reduce ads !

Mona thank you so much for these great ideas! I drink green tea almost every day. I fill my water container 1/2 full with boiling hot water them put my tea bag in for 2 to 3 minutes then remove it..I then add ice and a little cold water for the most delicious iced green tea drink!! So healthy!

Mona, recommend just eating good, whole foods, maybe?
I use only Jojoba oil on my hair. I leave it in for about 2 hours then rinse it out. I do this once or twice a week and my hair feels spectacular.

I tried Aveda (Invati advanced exfoliating shampoo& botonical leave in)as per ur recommendations in some of ur earliest videos but honestly didn't liked it. It didn't suits my hairs, makes it more dull & hairs started falling out a lot.

Trish sadly that line is not the best of Aveda. It is my least favorite and I do not recommend it to anyone when they ask. The line Mona is referring to in this video is their newest line and hands down one of the best lines! Get a sample of it...you will love it!

I have only uncovered three absolutely pure hair care lines. These are the cleanest I have ever researched after forty three years.
Terressentials, Carina Organics and Living Libations. One Hundred Percent is a good candidate.
Great clean soaps are Dr.Bronners.
I personally create my very own one hundred percent pure skincare products and select high quality ingredients. Wiseways Herbals make absolutely wonderful skincare products.

So glad she changed it cause it was so misleading giving out all this advice making it look like she was fully qualified
