The most important thing in recruitment in healthcare

I recently read the book ‘The most important thing’ by Howard Marks (fascinating book on investing if you are interested)
However, we're not here to discuss investing today, although I will steal one key concept from the book…
There are always a myriad of ‘most important things’ in any pursuit - so whilst many gurus will tell you that their way, or their focus, is the most important thing…
It’s probably not.
I don’t doubt that it’s important (don’t get me wrong) it’s just that to say one thing is the most important for everyone at every stage in their business journey is a reductionist approach.
So in today’s video I wanted to talk through a few key things I am seeing that are leading to recruitment in 2024 (including recruiting therapists with experience!)
