Smoked Beef Brisket Nachos with Fire Roasted Salsa

I love loaded nachos for entertaining when family and friends come over! Sprinkling a few cups of chopped beef brisket makes this one of my favorite recipes. But I’m not stopping there! Fire roasted salsa makes it all more special, even if it takes a little longer!
