- Bike has no spark? first you must figure out why before you start throwing money at it!
1. test for spark by grounding spark plug to cylinder
2. use a multi meter to test stator/ pulse generator
3. test coil for resistance
4. if all are in check then look at replacing spark plug.

Jacob, you are an interesting kid. You remind me of me 35 years ago! I admire your curiosity and ingenuity. I teach my 15 year old son the same thing. Anyway, just a heads up, ALWAYS wear gloves when kneading epoxy like you did in this video (preferably nitrile gloves). I own an aerospace manufacturing company and we routinely handle chemicals like this (and much nastier ones too) and they are very harmful. You gotta protect yourself. Keep up the good work!

You should use Lords Fuser glue for that crack. I use it to weld or called panel bonding when I put on quarter panels to a car or cut Out rust and then weld on a new panel with that glue and it is sandable so I am sure it worked much better than JB Weld, even though your attempt was actually good, just wont last as long.
I think the magneto is the problem. Its the black thing with green and blue wires on top of it. pushing against the flywheel. Take the covers off the flywheel and you'll see it. Make sure it isn't to far away from the flywheel or it wont create spark.
Check the black thing that pushes on the flywheel. I think its called the magneto. I just fixed mine it has come loose and wouldn't start. Tried all the things u did but that was the problem.
I'm having the same exact problem not getting spark at all new coil new cdi new stator new top end and bottem end still can't get her to fire up been working on it since last summer 2001 cr125

What year is yours? I just bought an 1989 CR125R and I love it.
I got 395 ohms when i checked my stator. I two wires running from the stator and cdi unit and checked them with a multimeter set to ohms and it showed 395 400 and sometimes it showed over 500
Bro I don't see your clutch lifter arm stopper bracket that fastenes behind right stator bolt..

Stator, cdi or pulse generator. But I would swap plugs first.
I have a kx100, I have replaced the stator, ignition coil, cdi, and the spark plug. It still has no spark. The coil is reading too much resistance and the stator is reading way to low resistance. Can you help?
Braden Firth if you have replaced everything off the top of my head I would say check into doing a test on the ECU itself. And also check to see if the stator pulser or pickup coil is bad you can test resistance for that.
We have already checked all of that
Dis connect and re connect everything
There’re a Chance that u have to clean where the cdi box connect to the frame (where it grounded)
Sounds like it's flooded
