Thanks for posting my request! Some answers to your questions / interesting fact:
1. That Blues Fest in question is in Clearwater FL as a pre-show to a blues cruise that happens every year in May.
2. Kingfish has his own band and has an album out already. One of the songs he plays with Buddy Guy. Yes, THAT Buddy Guy.
3. He started learning how to play guitar at 14 and by 17 he was doing tours around the country.
Just found this reaction. Kingfish is the future of the blues. When I hear his music, I cry like a baby.
Kingfish is an amazing guitarist, it's going to be wonderful to see where he goes. There is at least one other young blues guitarist in his caliber, Marcus King. Marcus is 24, so a few years farther on, but like Kingfish he calls on many different genres to influence his playing. Lots of jazz harmonies.

So much music is missed by people to day. To me this song would burn the the current top ten charts to the ground. It is a real shame that artist like the "Kingfisher" do not get more recognition for there music.
