I have heard better singing of this aria, but to the performer's defence, her acting is very convincing of a teenage boy. And an opera is not a concert, so the acting skills should be present as well (very often they are not there).

This isn't opera? She's competing in one of the most prestigious competitions where she has to audition to be part of it. So you dare say that the judges don't know anything about opera and that you're the expert yourself? Félicitation
